Tired accomodation but clean

Not the luxury accommodation we bought into as Seasons members. Tired and dated apart from new sofas and bed but clean. Grounds are wonderful. Close to local amenities. Great location. Need to sort out issues

Hopefully when they repair the pool & male changing rooms and the new head chef comes, plus I Ben I hope you’re allowed to make your ideas a reality in the bar& restaurant area. Let’s have entertainment again regularly. Treehouse stay

What a fantastic treehouse to stay in , amazing grounds and cleanliness second to none, the area is fantastic for visiting local attractions and sightseeing. Staff very friendly too. We even had a daily visit from a rather large squirrel. 100% recommend

I would 100% recommend the Clowance Estate for a break, it was incredible. A real feel of luxury, I went away with 5 friends and we had the best weekend. There was plenty of space for all of us, the lodge was immaculate and decorated really nicely. The grounds are wonderful and there's plenty of things to do on site. The staff were really friendly and very happy to help in any way they can, I would really consider coming back for another visit. Very nice, excellent location.

It is the first time to Clowance. As previous owners at Belton Woods this is our only comparison, which apart from dated leisure facilities I have never faulted. The lounge area of the Lodge was very cold - it finally warmed up on the Thursday. It was a lot smaller than I expected, the third bedroom in particular. The sofa in our opinion was very uncomfortable. The Lodge doesn’t really cater for 6 people:- A 2 slice toaster. Not enough crockery, serving bowls and mugs. The saucepans and Frying Pan are cheap and not a non stick. The kettle too small. Lack of a full length mirror. Although very good, the menu was basic; a broader selection of food would be nice. We were told by reception that the Specials Nights weren’t any different and steak was always on menu yet it appeared this was not the case. Even so enjoyable. It is the first time to Clowance.
