Взаимопонимания и контакта между клубами и RSI. Домики были зарезервированы, все (в RCI) это выдели,но не Евгений и Виктор , ни администрация клуба ничего не сделали чтобы исправить ситуацию и перевести нас из большого корпуса в наши оплаченные домики, за 14 лет сотрудничества это впервые, значит нужно лучше подбирать сотрудников Взаимопонимания и контакта между клубами и RSI. не красиво....

Планировал поездку по Финляндии. Захожу на сайт Трипадвизор, стоимость одной ночи - 5500руб. На Booking в это время 7000. Вернулся на Трипадвизор - и тут уже 7000 р. СЮДА НАДО ПРИЕЗЖАТЬ НА ПОДОЛЬШЕ...

Много раз заезжали сюда только в купальню, а жили в разных других местах. Нынче забронировали на ночь комнату здесь. Бесплатная большая парковка. Быстрое, корректное обслуживание на ресепшен. Недлинный переход в свой жилой корпус. На одном участке перехода странный и совсем не-финский дизайн колонн, оклеенных красными бумажными обоями, кое-где уже подранными. А ведь финны всегда так умело обращаются с природными материалами... Комната на первом этаже с великолепным видом из окна. Просторная, с TV (который не включали), двуспальной кроватью, диваном и чайником. Мебель слегка "усталая", но не критично. Сантехника тоже несколько старовата и разболтана, но пока работает вполне нормально. Звукоизоляция от улицы абсолютная. Очень хороший free WiFi на всей территории отеля. Прибавился ресторан "Манго" (раньше я его не припоминаю - опишу отдельно). Утром в этом ресторане очень плотный, сытный завтрак. Дороговато, конечно: € 92.61 за ночь - возможно это сезонное, хотя здесь сезон всегда. После ужина немного погуляли по территории и по окрестностям: изумительный воздух, прекрасная природа, чистейший снег... И в этот раз прогулку предпочли посещению купальни (цена там в сравнении с прошлым годом снова увеличилась - теперь € 20 с одного взрослого). Замечательное место!!!

Очень понравилось на этой базе!!! Огромная территория, куча развлечений! Боулинг, бильярд, детский клуб, бар, ресторан, аквапарк! все было круто!! мы жили в отдельном домике на 4 человека! В домике есть все для комфортного отдыха, все чисто, аккуратно, разбили случайно один бокал-никаких претензий!! Вообщем, нам все очень понравилось! обязательно поедем еще! Очень понравилось на этой базе!!! Огромная территория, куча развлечений! Боулинг, бильярд, детский клуб, бар, ресторан, аквапарк! все было круто!! мы жили в отдельном домике на 4 человека! Тропический рай за полярным кругом

Хороший отель (апартаменты) для желающих покататься в Руке. Без машины делать нечего. До Руки 25 км. Есть бесплатные автобусы. Еда в Куре или Куссамо. Частично отремонтирован. Останавливались в апартаментах в основном здание. Всё новое. Ремонт был год назад. Две спальни. Своя сауна. Стиралка, сушилка, посудомойка и т.д. всё есть и новое. Аквапарк не входит в стоимость. 20 евро за человека в день - наверное завышенная цена. Активно строят коттеджи по территории. Чистый воздух и вода. Тишина. После мегаполиса - рай. Everything you need

We stayed here one week last winter, through RCI. Although it was between Kuusamo city and Ruka Ski center, it seemed to be an excellent location and choice for us. A bus goes both ways. One day we did cross country skiing to Kuusamo center and came back by bus and one day we took a bus to Ruka for doing alpine skiing. We also found a market from a walking distance and there was a conditoria and café just opposite the road from our cottage! We had an own cottage and it was clean and spacious. There was a sauna in it but we also visited twice in the spa. A spa, restaurant, etc. were on a walking distance and we used also a sled which they borrow in reception. Our kid enjoyed Angry Birds park three times. I found only two minuses, one was closed gym -because of covid19 but everything else were open, so...?!? Another was a fire place, which can smoke a lot if you don't read instructions before ignitioning. We stayed here one week last winter, through RCI. Poorest hotel in Finland!

Poorest hotel where i ever stayed in Finland! Expensive, room like from 1980, no a/c and no heaters (room cold), pillows like potato field, no spa shoes in the room, no coffee cups, no coffee or tea in the room, have cetle still? In the Spa water so cold that we didnt want to stay long. Its SPA?! Not swimming pool! Why so cold?! Only good thing was staff, they were fast and smiling! Poorest hotel where i ever stayed in Finland! Nothing more than average

We stayed three nights in a superior hotel room with my mother in September 21. Compared to other hotels in Finland, I could have mistaken the room as standard instead of superior. No coffee or tea making facilities, had to pay for a pair of slippers - thus, nothing extra in the room. The bathroom was very clean and overall so was the room, but the floor was dusty (which we noticed upon leaving, since our suitcases had been on the floor and were covered in a layer of dust). The room was also very hot which made sleeping difficult, even though it was 4-5 C degrees during our visit and the nights were around 0 C degrees. There was no air conditioning or way to alter the temperature. The staff was mostly friendly, although upon arrival we were met with a staff member who was obviously having a bad day, and we were offered very little or almost no info about the facilities and activities in the hotel. The spa was nice despite being quite small and very basic. Having a restaurant and the 24/7 R-kioski in the hotel was convenient, and it was great to be able to dine near our room after a long day of outdoor activities and relaxing in the spa. The breakfast was disappointing and resembled a gas station breakfast. Rotten fruits several days in a row, no bacon during the whole visit and quite limited options of basically anything. Not what I would expect from a hotel breakfast. Overall, there was nothing special about this hotel. It was OK, but that's it. I wouldn't stay here again. No aircondititon, would not stay again at hotel rooms

An old hotel, no aircondition. We went and the first room was not cleaned properly. They luckily changed our room for an another superior room, even thought the first one should have been the same standart. This second one was ok. If you have a possibility to book villas etc from the area, do that and skip the Hotel. Breakfast was ok, but is not any kind of luxury experience. Hope that they really would renovate this hotel. Exellent.

At the end of April there was still enough snow, but the weather was already so warm that the snow became soft during the day. In the morning we were able to ski also out of the ski trails.
