The one-bedroom unit is rather small. The room thermostat is hidden from view and adjustability beside the cabinets over the dining table. The bathroom sink vanity is too small for two people. Horrible

We ended up staying one night . Then booked a condo. Smelly, no kitchen utensils, front of stove and sliding door filthy. Couch old and musty. We traded in through interval, not used to this type of motel after staying in Westin and Sheraton villas. The place needs updating, the pictures online were deceiving. Good location

Needs updating in the biggest way. The 1 bedroom unit was extremely small with no table to eat your food. The shower/tub, while having handicap bars, was crowded because of them. The bars did get in the way if showering. The bright note is that the people who work there are fantastic! Super nice and accommodating. My husband and I appreciated their kindness. OK but would not recommend.

I personally feel the resorts should feel better than staying at a motel and this place did not do the trick. No closet, heater temp limit, not enough cooking pots/pans, cooking utensils kept in desk, tea kettle was disgusting. Not what they state it is.

Here’s a list of what we found in our so called suite. Smelled horrible Carpets filthy Drawer to stove broken Missing floor baseboards Sliding lover door broken and would not open Bathroom door would not open all the way or shut. Water pressure for sink dribbled out Only one ceiling fan and they state two HVAC would not cool last 80. Had to open windows to cool down room Sleeper sofa broken. Cushions stunk and worn out. You sank 6” sitting on it Not enough outlets at all for devices. Noon for iPads or phones to charge Screen door torn We called several months in advance and stated we had a service dog for my wife who’s back was broken in an accident. They were very rude about supplying proper papers, which we did ahead of time. When we arrived we were questioned by two different people and they gave up us hell for having a service dog. This is an issue that needs to be sent to their Board of Directors. It was the manager who said it was a Board directive to not allow any pets. Also, on two separate occasions I told them about the room conditions. All they cared about was the service dog and kept bringing that up and checking our documents. Not once did they ever come to fix a thing or check on our room. One day it was 87 in the room. We had to leave and go elsewhere to eat and let it cool down by opening the windows. Anyone could have broken in at any time. Be very weary about this place. It is old and not in the best condition.
