Possibly our worst timeshare experience.

Very disappointed by poorly designed and lit apartment which suffered from over-shadowing at front and rear. Bedroom lighting was almost non-existentWe used the restaurant only on our first night. The wine choice was red or white. What should have been a delicious local style fish dish (according to the menu), was clearly a pre-frozen, then microwaved, disgrace to any food establishment. Recommend "Uzonj Grill" which is about 500m away, with local speciality dishes at sensible prices, cooked by the owner. Food at the resort pool bar was good.Appears to be used by stags & hens, some of whom found it funny to hammer on our door at 3.15 am! We will never stay here again! Worst holiday ever

We booked this apartment assuming it was an RCI time share, it isn’t. Apparently they book out a few rooms in the aparthotel, ours is like the black hole of Calcutta. The balcony never sees the sun. When we booked in the receptionist said a pool and garden view it’s actually a whitewashed wall. The room is on the corner so you get all the traffic noise of guests going back and forward to there apartment literally morning noon and night. The hotel is a haven for hen and stag parties with groups of ten to twenty plus up to four and five groups at a time, as one group leaves the next one arrives. There is no let up. People returning to their rooms at 3, 4, or 5 in the morning full of shall we say high spirits. This has been a total disaster for us, absolutely no rest as the high jinx is around the pool area and on the balconies as they get ready for the evening. It’s just a cacophony of noise. When I asked for a change of room I was informed the groups are all over the hotel so it didn’t matter where you were. Plus RCI only have one or two rooms to let out. Silver crown? Really?

Compared to Nantucket Gold Crown this place is a dump. It IS very clean with a nice pool and restaurant however the room is made up of some of the cheapest furniture I have ever seen. They don't recognize RCI platinum perks and make u at the very least pay a deposit for EVERYTHING. Internet was 20 Compared to Nantucket Gold Crown this place is a dump. a little disapointed

Although the resort has all the potential to be a gold crown because of the amenity, the location and the staff there is a definite need to revamp the units to provide better ustensiles such as wine glasses, coffee maker, cooking tools, regular fridge, free internet in the rooms and better tv they will not be better rated . Spacious apartments

We were a family of 7 staying in two apartments. Booked through Alpahrooms which was excellent. Didn't use its transfer service to the hotel because we found it cheaper to go directly to Yellowfish Transfers, which had been recommended to us on Trip Advisor. Yellowfish Transfers were excellent. Bottles of cold water and complementary bottle of wine when they collected us were very nice touches. We used Yellowfish for transport during our stay - very reliable. The hotal appartments were lovely and big. Very clean and kept clean throughout our stay. Staff lovely. Quality of apartments, though next to each other, varied in terms of cooker, fridge etc. Some older than others. Hotel has seen better days but is in a fantastic location. Walking distance to Old Town and The Strip, restaurants and supermarket (we were self catering). Chinese opposite was superb! As I think is often the case, something was bacteria ridden (one of the pools possibly) and two of our party had stomach problems (one had to go to the doctor), two had ear infections (one had to go to the doctor), one child's eczema became infected.
