Nice Location That Could Use Some Updating

The property has a good location. You can ski on the property and there are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. The staff was helpful and friendly. The property could use some updates. Our comforter was dingy and stained. The carpet looked worn. The property has a good location. You can ski on the property and there are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Mountain Views

This was a great stay from beginning to end. The staff was very kind and accommodating. The room was clean and had an amazing view. The shuttle was very convenient as we didn’t have a car. My favorite part was the balcony. It had ample room and a gorgeous view. I would definitely recommend and return! This was a great stay from beginning to end. Great vacation in the mountains

Great location and great experiences. We will definitely be back. Access to everywhere and the views are spectacular. The hot tubs and fire feature are the perfect way to end a day of hiking or site seeing. Great location and great experiences. We will definitely be back. AirBNB disguised as a Hotel

So this "Hotel" is not a typical Hilton property. I've traveled all over the US and stayed with Hilton and when we arrived it was clear this was not as advertised on the Hilton app. There is NO food on the property, this is not a typo. No food, no coffee, nothing even close to the property affiliated with Hilton. So that was a surprise! And then there was the room. You don't get a cleaning unless you are there for more than 4 days. So when asked for cleaning/towel service, the front desk dropped off a garbage bag full of towels in front of our door. The temperature control in the room wouldn't work either and we asked the front desk twice about it and it still didn't get fixed. This felt like an AirBNB disguised as a hotel. Great Location and Service, but disgustingly old furniture

The location is amazing and the units have everything you could need. The pool was heated very well so it felt like bath water while it was snowing. The shuttle takes you in and out of park city for free. If you are trading in through RCI you get free Hilton owner self parking in the garage (if you don't want to use the valet) The bathrooms, kitchen, and bedding were clean, but the carpet was old and disgustingly sticky, the mattress was uncomfortable and you felt the springs, and the furniture is so old it has a slime feel to it and we had to use our spare sheets to cover it to sit on the couch. This place could be so amazing if they would replace the carpet with hardwood floors and get new furniture! The location is amazing and the units have everything you could need.
