Disappointed

Several things in the unit was not working and refrigerator ice maker did not work at all. If we had called maintain every time we had a problem they would have thought we were complainers but have stayed there for several years and never complained or had this many problems with it. Aside from the bad the unit is quiet and in good location. Several things in the unit was not working and refrigerator ice maker did not work at all. Gatlinburg Town Square perfect fit

What an awesome Mountain location , walking distance to all activities, convenient with elevators, so handicap friendly, parking garage is a little tight for large vehicles, so a few spaces upper level with the special RED permit tag, unit was really clean, enjoyed the fireplaces in our 2 bedroom condo and the wooded creek view was awesome, we could hear the creek water even on the 5th floor, PRICELESS!! Lots of reasons to stay here

Pros: great location, clean, great staff, terrific hot tub both in room and community, cute room. Cons: teeny tiny. Too small for 2 people for a week (only room to put one suitcase. Our 2nd one had to sit in front of the door to the unit). NOISY! Thin walls. The people next door routinely woke me up with normal voice levels, much earlier than I liked. Very tight parking. Any full size car will be very hard to park. Don't even try with a really big vehicle. Pros: great location, clean, great staff, terrific hot tub both in room and community, cute room. Gatlinburg Town Square - Fantastic Getaway

Friendly atmosphere and staff that is very eager to help. The resort if quiet. It is also close enough to the main drag of Gatlinburg... not a very far walk at all. There are several restaurants very close to the resort, too. Friendly atmosphere and staff that is very eager to help. The resort if quiet. Our trip was very nice, the accommodations were great! We had a 1 bedroom condo with additional lock-out unit, making it a 2 bedroom. Each unit had a jacuzzi tub and fireplace. The only complaint that I had about the property is that there is very limited handicap parking which made it a little bit hard for us as we have a handicap van and found it difficult to find a place to park.
