Nice Location, Decent Property, Lousy Unit (#46)

I've stayed before and enjoyed Ptarmigan Village. That's the reason I went back. Huge disappointments this time. No directions on how to operate the WIFI, the electric fireplace, etc. Dead bats were found on the floor in the "master" bathroom. The TV in the main room never worked (it was reported 2 or 3 times). The only TV that worked was a really old, small, low quality unit in the "master" bedroom. Other issues with the unit as well. I've stayed before and enjoyed Ptarmigan Village. Beautiful!

This was one of the best locations we've been to! We loved being in the middle of the woods with such a nice cabin. We saw numerous deer and a fox and enjoyed the town of Whitefish. The pool and hot tub were great except they were closed for most of our trip for maintenance. This was one of the best locations we've been to! EXPECT TO BE IGNORED

We rented a unit in this development for three weeks. Unit was good but there were a bunch of lights burned out when we arrived. In three weeks, despite the property manager promising to replace them, and repeated calls and emails, they NEVER came to put in new bulbs. UNACCEPTABLE. In addition, the tub dripped continuously and I read that others had complained of this weeks before. Bottom line, beware of renting here. Might be OK, but if something goes wrong, don't expect them to address it. Check in was fine and the unit was well stocked but the lack of communication really burned me. Beautiful stay and close to everything!!!

We LOVED our unit!! Bridger right next to outdoor pool. Patty is the BEST at the Office. She was so kind and helpful on the phone before and during our stay!! Our condo was so clean and well kept! I loved the openness of it and the coooool mornings were wonderful!!! I am already thinking about returning!! Pennsylvania is far but it’s so worth it!! Whitefish is so beautiful and everything is so close! Outdoor and indoor pools so well kept!! We LOVED our unit!! Bridger right next to outdoor pool. Patty is the BEST at the Office. PTARMIGAN VILLAGE-EXPECT TO BE IGNORED!

UNIT 79-DON'T RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! First night we arrived which was after 10pm. We picked up our key but the lock itself was broken. We waited over 2 hours for maintenance to show up-thank goodness for the maids who let us in. 45 min later maintenance show up and said they would fix the door the next day. Great-next day we came home at 11:30 to find our door had been fixed but we had no key. We were 3 ladies dropped off from a day of hiking in the park to our condo with no keys, no access to bathroom and in the middle of the night. We waited for over an hour to get into our condo. Maintenance had left us a key at the office and the office was suppose to call us but they had no regard for us at all. In addition to the key fiasco, it was extremely hot the days we were there and had no screens for the upstairs of the unit. It was 88 at night upstairs. When we asked for screens from the office the only reply was they should be on the windows-NO THEY WEREN'T!!! Can't complain about maintenance or housekeeping because they saved the day-Office couldn't not have cared less. They just want to take your money and be done at 4pm everyday M-F. Never received an apology from the office-nothing!! If you expect any type of communication from this office they get a FAT F!! Failing to provide customer service, safety, and comfort!
