Plenty of room

Although our unit had sufficient room, it was in great need of updating. On the main level dishes, cookware and appliances were old and worn. The Wifi hardly worked(we went to a local cafe to get a good connection). Upstairs, the sheets, towels were clean. The furniture was in bad shape and carpets stained/worn. There was a pool that could be lovely, but it needed repair. The office person was friendly and helpful. We traded our timeshare for this unit and were very unhappy with the accommodations...we left about 3 days early. It just needs some time and money invested. Pretty nice

Condo #9. Was clean and everything was in order. Coffee maker broke but was replaced within minutes. Tv upstairs and in LR had dvd players. Pool was clean as was the hot tub. Villas are outdated but for the price and what we used them for (sleeping). It was just fine for our family. Condo #9. Was clean and everything was in order. Awful

So outdated it's not even funny. Dirty everywhere. Smelled weird--musty. It's very quiet, that's true, but it's because nobody is here! Do not go here. Quiet, inexpensive villas close to many activities and good restaurants

We stayed in Unit # 3 which was clean and comfortable. There are spaces to park your boat on the villa grounds which is a big plus. Public boat ramps in nearby Sunset Beach, Little River, and Cherry Grove are about 15 minutes away from the villas. We loved cruising the Intracoastal Waterway. Good restaurants in Calabash and we liked the Waterfront Seafood Shack and George's Pancake House. Waterfront Seafood also has fresh seafood to purchase straight off the boat. The villa kitchen was fine because I like to fix some meals myself with all the fresh seafood available. Staff was wonderful! Vicky and all the others gave personal attention to any question or concern. Some reviewers have addressed palmetto bugs. Trust me, if you live in South Carolina you will probably find a dead palmetto bug if the place has been sprayed! We stayed in Unit # 3 which was clean and comfortable.
