Very bad experience!

Very bad! Unit was not ready nor cleaned on arrival. We had to move after we booked a specific unit. Unit was not sanitized and not all staff were wearing their masks. Water was extremely dirty. Gardens was not cleaned or maintained for a long period. Dirty towels were collected but not replaced. We left earlier than we have planned. I have reported this to First Group as well and I am still awaiting response from them as well as Waterberry Hills Management as the issues was directed to them via email by first Group. Very bad! Swimming pool & water

If you can try to get clean water. We failed to use jacuzzi because water is brown full of mud. There is a sign at swimming pool for no glasses & alcohol but people were there with glasses plates bottles of beers drinking at swimming pool. I was not comfortable with that If you can try to get clean water. We failed to use jacuzzi because water is brown full of mud. Dishwashing

Good

Everything was fine the rooms were big enough the only problem I encounter is that I didn't get a crib on my first night and some insects. They must improve their stock at their kiosk and a wooden spoon in the kitchen Everything was fine the rooms were big enough the only problem I encounter is that I didn't get a crib on my first night and some insects. I really liked the property it was big and specious with reasonable price

We were in a chalet as couples 4people I really enjoyed the rooms maybe the only disappointment was the cleaners never changes the sheets and they had some, stains as white sheets are very sensitive. The TV was also not working until the last day of our trip so I believe when I send what time I will checkin the management is supposed to check if everything is in order and working as having to wait for the technicians to come and fix the TV. Can the hotel also look into including sabc on TV some of us still enjoy watching our weekly soapies and having not those channels was a bummer.
