good place to stay staff friendly

i liked a lot and would come back soon. great view and great flowers and plants. had a pretty pool and place to cook your steaks. rooms were clean and shower nice. staff was nice and friendly . close to shopping and hiking i liked a lot and would come back soon. great view and great flowers and plants. had a pretty pool and place to cook your steaks. rooms were clean and shower nice. staff was nice and friendly . close to shopping and hiking

Loved My Stay Here!

Had a wonderful time at Ali'iKai, beautiful well appointed condo with nice views of both the sea and the mountains. Had some minor noise issues due to noisy guests but fortunately did not impact my stay. Great service from Hoku and the other staff members. Just prefect location. Beautiful grounds. Superlative place

Ali'i is a magnificent timeshare. The units are exceptionally well apointed with excellent space. Of dozens of places we have stayed, this was one of the best. Everything we needed was abundant and at hand. That said, two things a novice should know and are related. During the week we had no need for air conditioning. Tempratures were wonderful along with a very nice breeze. We kept the windows and the patio door open the entire time we were at the residence. However, chickens have free run of the entire island and were delighted to come visit and crow outside the open windows. They made excellent alarm clocks. All told, this was a great place. We had a minor repair issue which was taken care of immediately. Location was great and all was wonderful. Ali'i is a magnificent timeshare. Comfortable resort

We enjoyed our vacation to Kauai. It rained a lot while we were there so didn’t use the pool as much as I would like. Facilities were nice, but could have been cleaner. Also the garbage trucks were very noisy at a very early hour right behind our unit, and it continued for a half hour... every day! We enjoyed our vacation to Kauai. Have had better

Third trip to Kauai and first time staying here, precious two times were nearby Bali Hai. The most prominent thing that stands out is the constant maintenance work that is truly interrupting to a pleasant stay. Whether it was weed whackers or jack hammers there was constant noise around the property. In addition they nuisance and noise of garbage trucks was prevalent. Speaking of noise, while there’s no turndown service they do provide washer and dryer. However both machines were incredibly loud and prevented us from watching tv in the evenings.
