Excellent!

This is a great, probably the best, hotel in the Innsbruck area. Very friendly staff and excellent rooms. The food is also very good, both breakfast and diner. We had a great stay. Christmas Break

Booked for a Christmas break and felt a little deflated with Axams. The village was completely closed for 25th and 26th December with absolutely nothing open and not at all festive feeling. The hotel bar was only open between 6pm to 9pm and with minimal staff. Christmas evening meal was buffet style with Ok food but nothing exciting and a bit bland with nothing memorable. Rooms were on the small side with fairly hard memory foam mattresses. We paid our bill the night before checking out and then the next morning we were asked to pay an extra three hundred and forty euros as we had been under charged which we payed as we just wanted to get our flight home so not the nicest leaving feeling. Great hospitality, pleasant stay.

We had a great time as family, we stayed four nights. Great hospitality. The lady at the reception and all the staff was so kind and helpful. The hotel was clean in general. Rooms in normal size, balcony and fantastic alpine view from the room. Tasty breakfast, delicious dinner in the restaurant. With parking in the exterior of the hotel. The location was perfect and peaceful at the same time, so close to Innsburg, you can go by the local bus or by car. We felt very comfortable and welcome.Absolutely, would be our choice in the region again. We had a great time as family, we stayed four nights. Great hospitality. Good. Nice area and town. Mrs Martin, manager, was very helpful and friendly. Free bus pass to Innsbruck was awesome. Austria not great for those who need to be gluten free but mrs Martin was very accommodating. Favorite place to eat in Innsbruck was Ludwig’s, great burgers gluten free buns gluten free fries and gluten free hard cider. Good. Nice area and town. Fabulous holiday in Tirol

We had a fabulous week here through an RCI exchange. It is a lovely resort, excellent location, 2 mins walk to the bus stop, in a scenic alpine village. The manager, Bettina is very helpful, friendly and informative. It is convenient to travel around the region by bus.Innsbruck is only a 25 mins bus ride, running every 15 mins during weekdays from 6am till midnight and 30 mins in the weekends. We were given complimentary Innsbruck Welcome card to enjoy free bus to Innsbruck and surrounding region as well as free return trip on some chairlift/mountain train. We used it to ride the chairlift, Drei Seen Bahn to walk to Finstertaler dam,ride on mountain train from Axamer Lizum to enjoy the stunning view of the mountains. The room is compact, clean, comfortable for 2 of us and have a lovely flower lined balcony to enjoy the sunset. Having a kitchen with induction cooker was a plus as it enable us to prepare light meals. I would highly recommend this resort.
