Clean and quaint and a little rustic

This place ticked all the boxes for us. The kids took advantage of the tennis, pingpong, paddleboat, & heated pool. Units are freestanding. The Reef

The Reef was a wonderful experience with the staff very personable and helpful. The grounds were impeccable. The dockage helps make the overall stay most enjoyable as we don't have to launch the boat everyday. The Reef was a wonderful experience with the staff very personable and helpful. Can’t wait to come back!!

We loved it! Rooms villas were a little dated, but it added to the charm. This place has everything you need. The landscaping was amazing! We used the kayaks, paddle boards, played ping pong, fished. Spent hours looking at the manatees. This place is a gem! We loved it! Rooms villas were a little dated, but it added to the charm. This place has everything you need. The landscaping was amazing! So if you're looking for a good view that it has, amenities were clean and grounds were well kept. However...as soon as we walked into the room it smelled like rotten fish and when we complained they threw us a can of spray and that was it. That smelled smacked us in the face everytime we entered. Also they gave us a boat slip that people continued to park in. And their after hours number had a full voice-mail. Also boaters beware the ramp is very very short and they do not warn you. Also there is no maid service....you do your own laundry. Will not be back. So if you're looking for a good view that it has, amenities were clean and grounds were well kept. Fantastic Property!

My family owns 3 time share weeks at the Reef. The annual February trip is with my 2 sisters - we have been staying at the Reef for over 20 years. The grounds are gorgeous and the office and landscaping staff are wonderful. It is really a wonderful property! My family owns 3 time share weeks at the Reef.
