Can’t say enough good things about Danielle and her staff. They bent over backwards to make our wedding an amazing success. Were always available and more than willing to help out if we needed anything. Will definitely be coming back in the near future for another great stay! Amazing spa services.

This review is for the Spa at San Luis, not the hotel. The service was exceptional. I had an amazing 80 min deep tissue massage from Shalanda that was THE best massage I’ve ever received. Pressure was perfect! This was the second one I’d received from her and it was such a treat. I’ve been to this spa many times over the years when we visit Galveston and this was by far the best visit. It’s always a wonderful experience there, but her service was even better than before. Grandparents get away

My wife and I had our four year old granddaughter with us for several days while vacationing in Galveston. The hotel staff was amazing, especially Rachel at the front desk. They are always so polite, and give you plenty of privacy. We enjoyed swimming and having lunch in the heated pool. The grounds were immaculate and the weather was perfect. Everything about our stay there was excellent. My wife and I had our four year old granddaughter with us for several days while vacationing in Galveston. Anniversary at Galveston during Christmas Dickens on the Strand.

Wow! Entry was breathtaking. Christmas at San Luis is the place to go. Staff was very attentive and doting. Spa, Starbucks, steak house and in Room dining. Get a room with balcony facing the gulf. Caveat! Beware! DON’T book your room with Expedia! Book directly by calling the local number for hotel. You can’t cancel and are stuck with a much higher price than booking directly with the hotel. Two nights attending a seminar at a Texas Paradise.

Beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico from the private balcony in every room, a huge pool with hot tubs, slides, a bar, shops, spa, workout room, restaurants, and bars. One never needs to leave the huge facility to have a great time, but directly across the street it is only a short walk to the beach. Austin, the maintenance man, did a quick and excellent repair to the door lock on my room door. I could tell he was knowledgeable, and he was polite, respectful, and professional.
