Location

Excellent for country walks and quiet time but not for city lovers. This was just what we wanted after a long and stressful year. I would go back again next week if I had the time but this is not possible. Excellent for country walks and quiet time but not for city lovers. Great place

Myself and my visited the cottages for two nights early in may first of all I must thank Amy as due to covid we cancelled twice but eventually made it the weather was poor and due to covid the pool and bistro were closed.this didn't stop our stay being relaxing the cottage was immaculate everything there that you need but the best thing for us was the location looking out of our window there was a lake with ducks also lots of birds feeding by our lodge we will definitely return with the pool and bistro open it would be even better once again thankyou Amy for all your help Myself and my visited the cottages for two nights early in may first of all I must thank Amy as due to covid we cancelled twice but eventually made it the weather was poor and due to covid the pool and bistro were closed.this didn't stop our stay being relaxing the cottage was immaculate everything there that you need but the best thing for us was the location looking out of our window there was a lake with ducks also lots of birds feeding by our lodge we will definitely return with the pool and bistro open it would be even better once again thankyou Amy for all your help

Stayed here this weekend and what an absolute beautiful location. We stayed in the kestrel cottage which was amazing huge doing size bed and twin room. Downstairs and upstairs bathroom and a stunning kitchen. Unfortunately pool and sauna was not open due to covid but tennis court and pitch and putt were gd. Only WiFi near reception, no signal off WiFi or 4g in cottage but too be honest it was great seeing the kids not on their phones for a change. We will defo book again. And having posted photos our friends are already looking at bookings Stayed here this weekend and what an absolute beautiful location. Just returned from a lovely weekend, what a fab place to stay, cottages are well equipped and spotless... Stunning scenery

Cottages were lovely but a little remote. Restaurant not open much so had to travel for our main meal of the day, not that that was a real problem as lots of good restaurants not too far away. Excellent area for walking Cottages were lovely but a little remote.
