We stayed at village gate house (unit 310) for 2 nights. Online check in worked fine and I received detailed instructions on how to access the condo upon arrival. However, the actual check-in was not so smooth: Entering the unit with the provided code worked fine but there was no parking swipe card on the counter (as promised in the email) so we couldn't park the car. Called the hotline and they send someone to bring it - unfortunately there was a miscommunication so I waited half an hour outside in the cold while the card was deposited upstairs after 10 min or so (which I only found out after calling again) The condo itself has seen better years and looked a little outdated but it was well maintained and the bed & sofas are quite comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped! The bathroom really needs another light above the shower/tub, that corner of the room is very dark, especially after sunset. 3 Level condo with hot tub in central location Whistler Village

Great 2 Bedroom Condo with loft and spacious living area, includes little balcony and close to everything that spells Whistler. Parking was a little tricky to figure out at first. But really enjoyed the nicely furnished spaces and King bed. Nice loft with 2 Twin beds for kids or grandparents! Even tried the pull out in the middle floor living room which was very comfortable as well. Lots of closets too! nice cozy studio in the heart of whistler.

perfect location in the middle of town . walk to mountain and all the restaurants. Easy to find . clean open concept . Great Shower with stream room which was a pleasant surprise. Whats with the hot tub running continuously

mid summer, Whistler, no air conditioning in the unit. Cools off at night but there’s this hot tub that you cannot shut off, jets going continuously. Guess where its, in the master bedroom. We had to sleep on the couch just to get away from the noise, and not sleep very good. I asked if they could shut it off for tonigt, but the answer was, blab, balb, balb, NO. Absolutely brilliant apartment!!! A master bedroom with a king sized bed, hot tub, fireplace and steam room / shower on the second floor, a full kitchenette, living room with sofa bed, fireplace and dining room one the third floor, plus a loft with 2 single beds!!! Skis and snowboard storage on the ground floor. High security with door codes to enter the building and different codes for the apartment doors. Absolutely brilliant apartment!!!
