Not a pleasant experience

This Resort falls below what even RCI class as Standard. Staff unable to help when pointed out defects in kitchen and bathroom replying in very limited English we know of the defects phone RCI phone RCI. We were not informed at time of booking of a `local tax' of Euro 1.50 per person per day This Resort falls below what even RCI class as Standard. Student digs

The grounds are well presented in keeping with the local area. However, the apartment itself was comparable with poor student digs and definitely the worst accommodation I have ever been offered. The free wifi offered is only available in the very small reception, which the staff will not allow you to sit in or on the stone wall outside reception. We were fortunate to get a very quick transfer to Residence Gardens resort near by. The grounds are well presented in keeping with the local area. Would not reccommend

Dated apartment - endless rules and regulations - had to pay 250 deposit and everything down to teaspoons had to be accounted for at check out. No A/C. Our apartment was for 5 persons but hot water ran out after second shower. No hairdryer in room, No housekeeping for the whole week. We were told to take our rubbish to a skip in a service area outside resort when we checked out. No wifi for the whole week even though it is advertised that free wifi is available. Pool closed between 1pm and 3pm. Deckchairs only and no sunshades. When we'd arrived at 10pm no one was available to check us in - we had to find our apartment in the dark, and nothing was open for us to get anything to eat or drink. Our first trip to Sardinia - it has given us a very poor impression unfortunately. Very bad resort

The forniture is oldfashioned. We had to ask for a microwave instead of a oven. No cleaning services during all the week. The wifi only exists at reception and we could only have it in one device.The pool is ok. The beach nearby is not good. You have to have a car to explore the nice beahes nearby.
