Экзотический отдых.

Очень классный отель. Новый. Все продумано для удобства. Номера тихие и чистые. Отдельное спасибо за завтраки. Сытно, вкусно и разнообразно. Очень хорошая локация. Практически центр. Excellent city beach front hotel!

Wonderful experience, amazing staff and facilities. Everyone attentive and always with a smile on their face! Both pool areas, the rooftop and the beach front by the sea are amazing. Super decor, it all reminds me of a scene out of a 70’s movie. So close to the Harbour and city centre, very conveniente. Thanks to everyone at NEXT for making me feel at home the last two weeks. Good value but needs improvement especially the buffet breakfast.

Good value being in the centre of Funchal and having a pool and sea access. Things to improve: 1) the buffet breakfast experience. The room needs more natural light, it needs serving staff and it needs mellow background music, not club music, which have me a hangover unwell feeling even though I wasn't unwell. The a la carte breakfast experience is so much nicer by the pool. And can end up cheaper. The orange juice at the buffet is sickly sweet, not proper orange. You need staff to help with the buffet breakfast, there was no one to ask about things. It seemed very impersonal. 2) toilet paper nasty and thin in rooms. Please change brand of this. 3) the ground floor swimming cool was cold. Can you not put solar panels somewhere to heat it? A real shame. Beautiful location, modern hotel perfect

Staff brilliant, rooms really spacious and loverly. Our cleaning lady was brilliant and really nice (710) We had a loverly time at this hotel. Only one gripe was the parking cost, I think for the price of the hotel the parking should be included. Staff brilliant, rooms really spacious and loverly. Fantastic hotel

Modern, chilled and perfect location

We Loved this hotel so much, and it was such a bargain. The location was set perfectly between the old town and the Lido. The food was fab, drinks were fab and all staff were polite and friendly. We LOVED our room and the whole aesthetic of the hotel, we really had such a chilled out time here. The cloud bar was lovely for morning coffee and evening cocktails and the pool by the sea was great for catching mid day rays. I would say the service was quite slow at times but we totally understand that the staff are all new and it didn’t bother us at all. We loved the sister hotel the savoy palace and went in for drinks on their rooftop bar, was really a touch of class and would recommend a visit. This hotel is so stylish and modern and such a bargain.
