Another great stay!

Been coming here for years. Absolutely cannot beat the location. Modest accommodations in the heart of Newport . Walking distance to dozens of shops and restaurants. Great choice in the heart of Newport.

Excellent location in the heart of Thames Street, Newport shopping, waterfront, restaurants etc. hotel staff is very helpful. Adjacent parking is very convenient. Our stay was quiet and comfortable, although the hotel rooms could use a decorating upgrade. Poor bed rest great

Location was great easy to walk to the shopping and wharf areas. Room was a nice suite with all the amenities. Our biggest complaint was only a regular size bed and no pillow choices,just not what we are use to. Loved the location just not the hotel, beautiful architecture. The Perfect Newport Vacation

The absolute best feature of this very nice hotel is its location, right at the junction of America's Cup Avenue and Thames Street. Newport's restaurants, bars, and shops and shops stretch out before you, with the beautiful harbor just behind you. Our favorite Newport experience is just wandering amidst the vibrant night life, and it is a pleasure to have one's hotel right at hand when one tires. Our suite was large, comfortable, and immaculately maintained. Another plus was the lady who was at the front desk during the mid-day hours. She is extremely knowledgeable aboutNewport's options, and also its past history. Convenient Location and Great Rates

Had a large one bedroom suite which was extremely spacious and nicely furnished. Living room had couch and two comfortable lounge chairs while the kitchenette had everything you would need for an extended stay or short stay with dine in plans. Bedroom was a bit cramped but adequate with large dresser and comfortable bed. Bathroom had large walk in shower but only single wash basin. The AC was strong and kept the place chilled as we were in midst of a New England heat wave---days in excess of 90 degrees. Cable TV and WIFI internet were very good. Was surprised to see that they refreshed your towels and provided a daily tidy up service. Private parking was provided which was a big advantage since Newport was mobbed with tourists and parking was extremely hard to find! They did charge parking fee of $30/night which was comparable to other Newport hotels. .The hotel location was perfect---short walk to restaurants, shops, bar scene and the waterfront. Staff were helpful; check in and out was fast and accurate. Bottom line--would definitely stay here again and recommend them.
