This place is a dream. It’s location is perfect for a relaxing, laid back atmosphere if you choose. It’s also steps away from night life, restaurants, sports bars etc. The condos are spacious and very clean. The property is bed and breakfast like. The lower / beach level provides a shared space for guests. Arrive strangers, depart life long friends. This place is a dream. A beautiful place in Ft. Myers Beach, FL.

This place was clean, quiet and restful. I wish we could pick it up and move it closer to the units we own further down the beach. For the RCI vacation it was a distance from the rest of the family and we missed out on a lot of family fun. This place was clean, quiet and restful. Love this place!

Wow, I was surprised of some of the reviews. I realized you can't make everyone happy and some people are just complainers but we have been going to bel-air since 2004. It is an amazing locationl. They have updated not once but twice since we have been going. You have timesquare (shopping a resturants) within walking distance. A large deck that is positioned on the beach were we love having our coctail hour before dinner. A pool on the property if you get tired of the beach. Yes having different people in these units can cause wear and tear and some families just don't care which is sad. I have seen where I thought something should be changed out but feel confident they will get to it. We are headed down in mid April 2020 once again!! Rude staff

Rude staff. Property was mediocre. Front desk personel was not very friendly and seemed as if they did not want to be at work and assisting guests. Would not recommend. Decent location, but not much to do in the area aside from the beach. Rude staff. Property was mediocre. Horrible Property

Pictures are not at all true to property. Building is extremely old and parking is almost non-existent. Pool/beach chairs are about as old as the building. To top off our over priced vacation I was woken up by a COCKROACH in my bed. My wife was mortified. I would give zero stars if I could. There were many more nicer looking hotels to chose from on the beach, save your money and actually get what your paying for elsewhere. Pictures are not at all true to property.
