Потрясающий вид!

Мы останавливались в этой гостинице в декабре 2012 года, на годовщину свадьбы. Приехали поздно ночью, поэтому только утром могли увидеть потрясающий вид, открывшийся с нашего балкона. Номер был на 4 этаже, угловой, мебель потешно разукрашенная, постель, шкаф, с/у чистые. Мы останавливались в этой гостинице в декабре 2012 года, на годовщину свадьбы. Приехали поздно ночью, поэтому только утром могли увидеть потрясающий вид, открывшийся с нашего балкона. Номер был на 4 этаже, угловой, мебель потешно разукрашенная, постель, шкаф, с/у чистые.

Хороший отель на самом берегу

Прекрасный отель, расположен на самом берегу, имеет выход на знаменитый Sunset Pier , откуда можно посмотреть прекрасный закат на Key West. Есть спа и ресторан. Парковка платная, не входит в стоимость номера. Номера большие, просторные, очень приятно обставленные. Все есть для хорошего отдыха. Вай фай не быстрый, но есть и бесплатный. Отель очень хороший , понравилось все !!! Расположен в хорошем месте . Номера хорошие , не могу сказать про все но нам достался очень хороший номер !!! Летали на Ky-west в марте погода была все дни превосходная .По возможности ешё поедем в этот отель !!! Отель очень хороший , понравилось все !!! Расположен в хорошем месте . Отличный отель

Шикарные виды, хороший завтрак, большие красиво-декорированные номера. Все очень хорошо! Сам город просто игрушечный: экскурсионные трамвайчики, двух-этажные милые домики, но слишком спокойно, танцы под окнами закончились в 9 вечера, в барах и на улицах много пожилых людей, молодежи почти нет Шикарные виды, хороший завтрак, большие красиво-декорированные номера. Все очень хорошо! Not so great

My husband and I travel a lot and stay in beautiful locations, this facility did not meet our expectations. When booking in September, I told them I wanted an awesome view and paid 2000.00 a night for a Harbor View Suite. The website pictures are very misleading. They put us over Duvall Street. Out on the west side, view was definitely blocked by a big monstrous restaurant or personal huge restaurant. When I called to complain (btw- our phone in room was not connected to anything) , they said the resort was full. We could not sit outside because of sewage problems on the street. The smell was so bad. Sewage coming up from the manholes on all the nights. Construction going on across the street! The resort seemed dirty to me in the hallways walking around. The wood furniture on the deck definitely needs to be sanded down and revarnished. Very disappointing paying that 2k a night when there are better facilities on the island for what we have now found to be less money per night. The fee did not meet our expectations! It was my sons 30th and husbands 60 birthday. Ona positive note, Charlie was great making recommendations before our trip. Gorgeous resort, but beware of the noise

This resort is beautiful, our junior suite is 5 star, but we are right next to the jetski rentals, which start before 8am, and the street was very loud, not only at night but early in the morning. We arrived exhausted Saturday late in the day and wanted to crash. I was in bed before 8pm but the bar was pumping loud music, thankfully that ended at 9pm. Also beware that the Roosters start crowing at 4am. Overall the hotel staff have been amazing. The hotel restaurant for brunch was also worth going to, good food and good service. Great hotel, but beware of the noise factor! Not worth the price.

This advertises as a "top resort and spa" but the spa had one massage therapist only and it was a man. There is no beach access. The food was just average. The rooms were outdated. WE LOVED OUR STAY!!

Great location, and wonderful staff!!! Highly recommend to any/all looking to get away to Key West. We were lucky to get a room with a view of the sunset, and cannot wait to come back for another trip! Great location, and wonderful staff!!! Huge disappointment

We had a 2-bedroom suite for $1800 a night and then they tack on a $46 resort fee. Room service coffee was undrinkable..... Bedroom windows and outside window sill was filthy and turning black....Embarrassing to all guests who look out the window Asked and got promised room cleaning, but they never showed up... The shower was 3' x 3'........ My wife was claustrophobic in the shower...Unbelievable... Room thermostat does not work well. Probable works better in the $300 rooms.
