The ONLY thing this property has going for it is the location.

The ONLY thing this property has going for it is the location. There is nothing else good about it. For others who have given this property high marks, you are being very unfair to others who believe you and book here. The furniture and appliances are extremely outdated. The WIFI and cable didn't work when we arrived on a Friday evening. We called numerous times but no one returned our call. Luckily we found the maintenance guy working outside on Saturday and he came to fix it. The office isn't open on Saturday or Sunday and no one answers the emergency number. The microwave above the stove didn't work so they had one on the counter that did. They should remove the broken one, it looks terrible. The dishwasher was broken. They did come to fix it but we had used both of our allotted dishwasher soap packets on the first 3 tries of getting the dishwasher to run properly and when we requested more from the office we were told they didn't supply more. They did eventually give them to us. They also only provided 2 trash bags, 1 not even full roll of paper towels, and minimal everything else including towels. The blinds on the back slider and front living room window were broken, as in slots were missing, leaving very large gaps so there was not privacy. The wall paper is peeling off in many places. Many of the electric outlets wouldn't hold a cord in them due to being worn out. The back deck is unusable. But the worst part was how DIRTY this place was. The surfaces of the coffee table, dressers and nightstands were sticky. There were food drippings on the floor in front of the refrigerator and the dust on the ceiling fans was so thick as if they hadn't been cleaned in months. The shower heads and controls are just so dirty. I would never stay there again even though the location is ideal. If you choose to stay, you have been warned. Place is close to Dollywood if property was remolded and updated it would be a great place to stay. Do it! Ignore any reviews talking bad, because this particular condo is amazing. Beautiful view. Amazing Patroness. Tub jets ALL worked. Kitchen well stocked. Extra blankets and bassinet (we also donated a pack and play). Back porch is tippy top! Dishwasher amazing. All furniture comfy and some with the tags still on! Washer and dryer worked better than my own. Flat screen TVS in every room. Internet works just FINE. Check In/Check Out was effortless. I will rent ONLY this condo for the rest of my Gatlinburg vacations! Do it! Ignore any reviews talking bad, because this particular condo is amazing. Beautiful view. Amazing Patroness. Location great, lots to do in area, accommodations shabby and beyond worn out

Can not believe this property was promoted by RCI even as a last call vacation. Pros: great location, office staff friendly, rooms did not smell nor had bugs. CONS: Furniture should have been thrown out a long time ago, Beyond worn out. Sit down and sink almost to floor. Carpet so worn out can almost see through it. All woodwork in need of refinishing - scratches, scrapes, gorges very evident. Toilets leaked and when reported told they would be fixed but never were. King size bed so worn you rolled into center. Attic opening in master closet not covered so could see the rafters. Kept expecting an unwanted created to come in. Flooring in master bathroom all curled up at edges. Balcony did not look safe enough to go out on. Shabby, shabby, shabby! Cut our stay short by 2 days because could no longer deal with discomfort of it all. Had to go up to office for Wifi. Close to Dollywood, but in desperate need of updates

This town home is at the top of a very narrow road, but once up there, the view is wonderful. It is a few minutes from Dollywood, but that is where the "good stuff" ends. Otherwise, our unit had threadbare carpet, NO internet, rotting boards on the deck, and dangerous un-nailed boards on our front stoop. The TV in the living room was tiny, and although this place may have been great when it was built 30+ years ago, I would not stay there again.
