Great location for Pacific Fair and central sights.

We enjoyed our week at Jadon Place. The unit -13- was clean and well presented. Ideal for 2-4 people. We had great views of the canal & across to the back of The Star. Gardens & pool area were well maintained. We enjoyed our week at Jadon Place. The unit -13- was clean and well presented. Ideal for 2-4 people. Relaxing holiday

Lovely place to stay and great location. The canal at the back of the units was so relaxing and a beautiful big tree to sit under. The pool was great but unfortunately the Hot Tub was undergoing renovation so not heated at the time I was there. Lovely place to stay and great location. Let us down

My partner and I had a week holiday booked here, which we were looking forward to more than I can explain.. however even though it was cheap accommodation, we were really let down by the cleanliness of our room. The air con vents were literally full of disgusting mould, the fly screens were THICK of dust, the list doesn’t end, but at least the kitchen bench top was wiped down... The best thing about this place was the central location, however omg I barely slept from our room being stationed parallel with a main road intersection.. I hate writing reviews like this, but it was a big negative on our holiday. Very close to many useful facilities, great place to stay

Management were very friendly and helpful. The units are spacious and clean, bright and airy with all needed to compliment a delightful holiday. We loved Pacific Fair major shopping centre across the road. Also the light rail to other Gold Coast suburbs, shops and attractions, is just a short stroll away. It's a pretty resort, being situated on a canal, too. We'd definitely stay again some time.. Management were very friendly and helpful. Good resort to stay

Location is good which near a shopping mall. Good maintenance of amenities. The room is clean. Staff are helpful. But the carpark space is small which I am using a SUV car required more careful attention during parking the car. Location is good which near a shopping mall. Good maintenance of amenities.
