KINGSTON COVE VILLAS - A Wonderful Vacation Experience

I shared this 3 bedroom villa with my brother and sister for a wonderful sibling vacation. The villa itself was spacious, clean, and perfectly located between the beach and two main thoroughfares for shops and restaurants. It was located right next to the grills, which we used for dinner a couple of nights. We had a car for part of the week and that was handy for outlying adventures, but for the rest of the week, we biked, walked, or rode the free trolley. (Be sure to tell the driver where you want to go and don't rely on pulling the stop cord!). The beach at Shipyard was the best we saw on the island and so easy to get to. I should note though we are an active family, so anything less than a 4 mile roundtrip is considered a short walk. Some of the areas we had difficulty were finding transportation from the airport. I'd planned to use Uber or Lyft and there were NO cars available. I hadn't researched any other modes of transport and they were not obvious upon exiting. I wish I had been given a heads up on that. We'd also planned to have groceries delivered and that didn't work out either, so we ended up at the grocery store on Saturday evening. Those were the only "negatives" the entire week. The islanders were super friendly, except maybe the Brickyard Pub waitstaff. But the food and Happy Hours drinks were good and the open air patio was very nice. We took the Lighthouse tour at Harbourtown and the ZIon Cemetary tour for some wonderful island history. We played miniature golf at Legendary Golf, where they offered a Championship course. And there were less children than at the Pirate one. One of the best place we ate was Mangiamo's. Do not miss their pasta dishes. I also want to give a shout out to Jordan at Barnacle Bill's seafood on Wm Hilton Pakrway. An incredibly kind young lady. The formosa termites were a non-issue. Average stay at Brigantine Quarters

This a pretty decent resort, tucked out of the way in HHI. Common areas and pools looked to be in good shape. The decor, carpet and tile in the unit we occupied is woefully outdated and in need of replacement. This a pretty decent resort, tucked out of the way in HHI. Nice unit but poor management

We enjoyed the location and easy access to beach two blocks away as well as pickleball court but management did not inform us that a new roof was being installed on our 3 BD unit and we would have to endure day long pounding and skirt roof debris throughout our week...... we should have been informed prior to settling in and offered other accommodations of similar size..... never informed even as work was initiated! Great place to stay

We have stayed here for over 10 years. The reason for 4 stars is that they need to update bedding and furniture. Other than that perfect. They have a beach gate so you can walk 2 blocks and there it is. Plus easy walk to piggly wiggly grocery which carries local seafood. We have stayed here for over 10 years. Covid Vacation

Second story, spacious, two-bedroom unit. Golf course fairway view from the covered balcony. Nearly traffic-free safe walk—a two block distance to the ocean. Maintenance responded immediately when a ceiling bulb burned out. Big master bath has a very large, glass-walled shower separated from the two-sink dressing area. Highly recommend this unit.
