Amazing View and Location Help to Overlook Maintenance Needs

The location, view & size of the units are amazing! You can walk to plenty of restaurants and the beach. We were given unit 3 upon arrival and found an outdoor security camera hanging about 3 feet down on a wire & banging on the wall of the unit as well as a puddle in the entry. The smell was fierce. After the puddle came back the 3rd time, we went to the office & were given unit 6. The smell wasn't as bad, even though the unit and furnishings were just as shabby. The beds were super saggy and yet bouncy as you moved around. No weatherstripping on the doors allowed a lot of street noise into the bedrooms. One of the staff told us the units were being redone, showed us pictures of one, and said they would all be done by Nov 2022. My allergies told me the unit was much, much cleaner than it looked. I hope they raise the height of the shower head when the units are redone. The location and view are worth going back to this resort. The location, view & size of the units are amazing! One year Anniversary!

Had a great time with the wife! There's a map on the table for planning and exploring the unknown! Great overall vibe. Wished there's was a ball to play hoops in the pool. I found it to be an worthwhile for all to enjoy. Will be back!! Had a great time with the wife! There's a map on the table for planning and exploring the unknown! Great overall vibe. 50th Birthday

Fun birthday trip with my friends!! Great location right on the beach. Go check it out. It was so worth the drive. Woke up on the beach with my best friends. I would definitely go there again. Dishes, beds

We’ve are owners of this unit, over 25 years now, and this was the first time we had dishes in the cubbard with food on them,,!! Disappointing. Also looked as though the frig was replaced with an older, rusty and noisier one. Are we due new frigs in near future,? One other thing, the bed mattresses definitely need replacing, high priority,,! Like sleeping in a bowl,, caused a lot of back pain,,. And 2 more things, pool seems to be closed every year we come lately. And please work on or get new outdoor bbq grills, too nasty to even think about putting food on them,,. Excellent

We had a great stay. We loved being so close to everything. It rained every day and we did not care we were in view of the ocean. Sleep was tough in the soft beds and right on the seawall. But what can anyone do about 3am motorcycle races? And WiFi was spotty. But we came for the beach fix and we got it! We will be back. We had a great stay. We loved being so close to everything.
