Excellent experience

I had a great experience with this resort special thanks to Ms kajal (staff) for giving me discount with my package. And very helpful staff and good food.. Very cooperative staff

Had booked deluxe room for one night stay at Lagoona resort for my mother and 2 aunties. Am giving 5 stars only for assurity and cooperation given by Ms. Kajal from RSO for the special request i made to give my family deluxe room with sofa-cum bed since all Deluxe rooms dint have sofa cum bed. And since all ladies were senior citizens, an extra mattress bed would have been very inconvenient. Thank you for making their stay comfortable. Rest all were good. It's a decent hotel to stay. They offer complimentary cakes for special occasions. Decent pool. The hotel needs maintenance in terms of look and lake management. The food menu needs to be priced at a decent value. The food was ok. A limited number of Non-veg options for buffet dinner. It's a decent hotel to stay. Pathetic and cheat

Room was of inferior quality (wooden floor was chipped which is unsafe for my very young kid, rusting of light fittings). In alternate room offered there was either no bath tub or no king bed as discussed with booking person before making advance payment. Even after manager's advice to write to reservation desk for a refund, they are now denying refund, saying you were offered a room but you chose not to stay and so cannot refund. Also, on mentioning that room was not as in photos, reservation desk, is saying that photos are usually better. Pathetic experience going with a family on vacation. Good for business meets.

I visited this place for my companies RnR meet. Located at peaceful location in lonavala. Resort is beautifully built acquiring huge area. But somewhere I felt they lacked on house keeping part. Specially their door keycards weren't working properly. Food was good. Dining area is nicely arranged with beautiful garden view. I visited this place for my companies RnR meet.
