RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL,AND THREATENING

The office staff (who also happen to be on the Board of Directors of the timeshare!?) were rude and unprofessional to our family. Note: They charge an additional cleaning fee, resort fee and any other fees they think they can tack on for RCI exchanges stays. BEWARE if Rickley - she seems unstable and threatened our son. Two faced

Nice place but on Seeley Lake? No. Seeley Lake ls miles north. There is a 3 ft wide stream outback. Beautiful mountain views with grazing horses. Our condo was nice and well equipped. But do not ask for help if a breaker switch pops. The manager seems to view herself as the condo police. The first thing she said to my wife was to accuse her of causing the problem.....not where the electrical box was or how to fix it. "It was working when I left." Said she. Her demeanor was disrespectful, accusatory, and mean. Make sure you take pics of everything. There is an inch wide binder with does and don"t or else. We were charged for a bent corner of a picture frame. We did see it when we arrived but considered it incidental and did not report it. We were charged $25.95....not a lot but not worth the damage...that we did not cause. We left with the understanding that Arrowhead Condos Seeley Lake was really Arrowhead con job. Beware? Why wait for room?

Freezing temperatures with snow and ice and was forced to wait 2 hours to check in. Too many rules for this resort not found in others; this was my 104th resort in 45 year's with RCI without unnecessary rules. Roomy, Well Stocked, Quiet

Nice view and walk around golf course. Resort about 2 miles from lake. One grocery store in town. I would stock up in Missoula before arrival, if possible. Spanking new kitchen in unit which we enjoyed cooking in. Hiking of all levels within easy driving distance. No A/C which was uncomfortable one night. Even though it was hotter than a match head when we were there, it cooled down nicely in the evening. The night sky is fantastic. Nice view and walk around golf course. Comfortable unit

We enjoyed our stay here. The unit got a little warm with the late afternoon sun, but cooled off nicely at night. It had everything we needed, easy check in and out. Close to town.
