Прекрасное расположение,дружелюбный персонал, великолепно оснащенные апартаменты,качественный набор мини-средств для душа,чай,кофе по прибытии,регулярная уборка и смена белья,белоснежные полотенца и постельное белье изумительного качества,собственный пляж, бесплатная стоянка для автомобилей. Минусы : пляж за 14 дней нашего прибывания (с 09/10/15) убирался 1 раз (спасал близлежащий длинный пляж с прекрасным входом в море), платный WI-FI и отсутствие халатов(хотя на сайте отеля они заявлены), плохая шумоизоляция апартаментов ,а так же по утрам очень шумно в корпусе 6 ( сказалось близость спец .помещений для обслуживающего персонала),и ГЛАВНОЕ- нет возможности забронировать апартаменты с видом на море.Мы списывались с отелем за 3 месяца до заезда,нам обещали сделать все возможное.По прибытии получили шумный номер на 1 этаже с видом на стены изо всех окон. Печально. Достойный отель от DiamondResorts

В июле провели две недели на красивейшем острове Менорка, проживали в замечательном отеле White Sands Beach Club. Отель оставил очень приятные воспоминания. Все достойно. Номер, как мы и просили, был предоставлен нам отреставрированный, с отличным расположением на территории отеля. К сожалению, он был тесноват для 6 человек: двух семей с детьми, но за пару дней мы к этому привыкли и решили ничего не менять. Спасибо сотрудникам ресепшн,- они предложили нам альтернативный вариант проживания на нашу вторую неделю. Номер-апартаменты имеет все необходимое. Единственное, что нам показалось не очень высокого уровня, так это уборка номера. За первую неделю уборка у нас была один-два раза. Один кусочек мыла для 6 человек мы использовали очень быстро - больше мыла мы не увидели. Магазин находится в шаговой доступности от отеля - мы купили собственное мыло. При отеле находится неплохой ресторанчик. Питание по системе HB в нем показалось нам не интересным. Блюда из основного меню очень даже достойные. Все вкусно. Обслуживание приятное. Спасибо ребятам за внимание. Сотрудники ресепшн так же оставили только приятные впечатления. Буквально в нескольких метрах от отеля расположен небольшой пляжик, он общественный, как и все пляжи Испании, но народу на нем было очень даже приемлемо, а сама бухта была очень живописной, с прекрасной лазурной водой - замечательное место для пляжного отдыха. На расположенный неподалеку основной пляж бухты нам даже не пришлось ходить, так как свой пляжик вполне устраивал. Но лежаки на нем стоили, конечно, не дешево: 15 евро за день. Спасибо всем сотрудникам отеля за наш Чудесный отдых. Всем советуем это симпатичное местечко для отдыха. Чудеснейшее место

Менорка изобилует великолепнейшими бухтами. Пляж отеля - это бухточка в самой большой бухте острова. Поэтому волнение минимальное, иногда создается ощущение, что просто купаешься в озере. К тому же кристальная вода хорошо прогревается. Постепенный спуск в воду - очень удобно для детей. Отель очень хороший. В номерах есть кухня со всеми необходимыми принадлежностями. Супермаркет рядом. На территории отеля превосходный недорогой ресторан. Обслуживание очень четкое и внимательное. Стоит отметить, что в этом отеле в основном отдыхают англичане (они знают куда ехать) и не по одному разу. Мы отдыхали во второй половине сентября. Погода была хорошая, вода очень теплая. Lovely Spacious Apartment

We were only here for a few days, but what a really lovely stay it was. Staff are super friendly, apartments are lovely, very spacious and well equipped. Resort is quiet, and everything is walkable. Always Good at White Sands

Just arrived back after another splendid break at the White Sands Beach Club, despite the odd shower it certainly didn't spoil the stay, everything was spot on and spotless, the precautions taken over Covid19 work well with the booking system over the swimming pool loungers and the thorough cleaning of the apartments not to mention the delightful receptionists who were helpful at all times.....we'll be back in the future..... Amazing family break in White Sands

It was our first visit to Menorca and we couldn’t have chosen a better hotel. It has a cool infinity pool and a beach within a few meters from the hotel. The access to loungers needed to be booked a dat before (three slots 9:30-12:30, 13:00-16:00 or 16:30-19:30) but we never had a problem securing a spot. You can get towels for £1 each and either keep them or exchange them as often as you like. The lifeguards are super friendly and helpful so are the reception staff. Always going the extra mile to assist you. Our apartment was spacious if a little worn with a huge balcony with a table and 4 chairs and drying rack. I had ample space to put a yoga mat and practice there. The balcony was overlooking the main courtyard, beautiful. It had all the amenities you need. Enough crockery and cutlery for 4 people. We only had to wear masks when visit reception and entering the restaurant. White’s Bar was amazing and had a nice selection for kids and an amazing one for fish lovers. Staff were very friendly and chatty when my kids tried out their Spanish. We only had lunch there so cannot say how good the breakfast are. The beach is semi private and small but you can either swim or walk to the large beach in the same cove. There is a wooden walkway all along the rest of the beach which makes it easier to walk to Coves Noves if you need to get stamps or find a larger supermarket. The one close to the hotel (just up some steps) has all the basics though so we had no need to visit other shops. There is also a pharmacy and a bus stop nearby if you want to explore other parts of the island. The reception staff have the bus timetables and the buses run on time. We took one to Mahon (€2.70 per person) and then taxi to Splash Waterpark (€14) and it was a great day. I would also recommend walks along the cliffs to the left of the hotel and scuba diving with Blue Dive Menorca - super friendly instructors and happy to collect you from the hotel. It’s almost impossible to hire a car in high season so best do it before you arrive or rely on buses. We bought the full mask snorkeling masks and have to say that it was the best thing ever for the kids. They spent hours looking at corals and the fish on our hotel’s beach. You can also hire a pedalo boat with a slide which is a great fun (one hour is sufficient) but we mindful of the weather. On a windy day it is hard work. There is also a giant chess and new table tennis table - we’ve played a lot. Mini golf is very tired and not very exciting. Overall an amazing holiday break. We definitely want to come back. Very poor COVID-19 policy for international guests

We were scheduled to stay at the resort from October 3rd - October 7th. We live in the US and were therefore not able to complete our reservation due to EU travel restrictions. We attempted to communicate with the resort twice through hotels.com about cancellation/voucher options and were denied any option other than total forfeiture of cost both times. I understand that companies are in unprecedented territory just like consumers but it seems very uncaring to not offer any sort of voucher or other option than total loss of money to guests that were unable to travel due to COVID-19. Love this place! Great for families

Amazing place, apartments are very well equipped and clean. Have been a few times now and it is beautiful. The cove is so kid friendly and feels like your own private beach. Restaurant on site is very good as is the pool. Staff are all very helpful. Can’t wait to go back Amazing place, apartments are very well equipped and clean.
