Good, but has the potential to be great!

This is an older resort, with lots of potential to be better; it is currently in the renovation stage. There is extensive work to be done on the grounds as well, to make it ADA compliant. There are no easy in or out condos. There are no single floor units, you must be able to navigate steps. 3 stays in the last 3 months

Again, just looking forward to a nice whirlpool (as advertised) and comfortable couch and chairs. The staff was very helpful and so kind. The grounds were amazing and clean. So-So

When we first arrived we timed it so we would be there about 3pm due to check in at 4pm. They told us we had to wait to 4pm because there were no rooms ready even though it was off season and hardly anyone was there. So after traveling for 7 hours we had to sit and wait for our room. The ladybugs were everywhere and when we called they told us they would send someone but don't hurt them ??? When we first arrived we timed it so we would be there about 3pm due to check in at 4pm. Spray a disinfectant on every surface before you touch anything. Clean the Jacuzzi with dish washing detergent, and let the jets run for at least a half hour before you venture in.
