Friendly staff, room in need of upkeep.

The staff was excellent and the service was above expectation. The room was dated and needed some maintenance. The beds were not the most comfortable. There was evidence of pests in the room. A good resort

Despite reading some negative reviews, we found this to be a good resort, nothing luxurious, but a nice, clean and well kept unit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a very nice stay and used the resort as a base for exploring the nearby hill villages, beaches and countryside which was a great experience. One of the worse app I had been

Residence is really for 2/5. Bedroom and bathroom is upstears. If four people sleep toghether you can listen to snoring of your friends. But not just your friends, you can listen to your neighbours: speaking, snoring, washing, going to toillet.. everything. Like you are living in the same app. We couldn't rest because our neighbours was waking up early and started to be loud. The bathroom is so small that only one person can enter, and in the shower can' t enter a person who has more than 80kg. Cats are in front of the app, it is not ok for those with allergy. And at the end... you will pay for towels, electricity, water, gas (even you didn t cook) around 30-40€ per week and for two persons. Arbatax is not a nice city, streets are full of grass and bamboo, you don t see where to drive. There are lot of holes on the street, and the beach is not clean. You will need a car. Santa Maria Navarrese is more beautiful town 15 min away, and if you want to see something nice you will have to drive at least 1,5h (Cala Gonone) where are beautiful beaches. Very basic accomodation with nice pool area

Very basic, but tired units. Pool area is nice, but we didn't use it whilst we were there. No bar or restaurant facilities. Annoying to have to pay extra for electricity, water & gas & also to have to pay large deposit in cash. Car is vital to be able to access any local facilities. Very basic, but tired units. Not recommended!

Wifi was not working. Apartement was on the ground floor but with many stairs inside. The shower was very narrow. There were ants in the flat and many cats outside, around.
