Entrance fee and rudeness

We, too, were subjected to the $9 entry fee and curtness of your gate person. Before you respond that the gate is operated by a different entity, someone on behalf of Sea Pines presumably hired this firm, and you may want to just perhaps mention to them that their employee leaves something to be desired. After all, an entrance is the first impression of a property. This lack of courtesy is the impression you are left with, no matter how high-end your property wants to portray itself. The gate attendant did not answer our simple question about directions, but simply handed us a map which was not clearly marked at all. The $9 fee is puzzling, since we were there to patronize the dinner cruise - and no one ever advised us that the $9 may be reimbursable when spending money on your property. We will not return. Hilton Head Island is huge with many other choices and much competition, where we have been treated fairly and courteously. A MUST

The bikes were in great condition, and a must have for the area, we rode them everywhere, there is so much to do that is close by, not only nice, but the area is flat, no hills to go up or down, very easy, HIGHLY recommend!! No issues

Bikes were there when we arrived- clean and well maintained. We rode them w no issues. Left them locked when we departed. Super easy! Can’t imagine a better experience. Seapines Resort GETAWAY rental

We recently stayed at a home in SeaPines rented thru The Resort. Having been a homeowner in SeaPines for years, I was interested in returning to,the island after two years. We stayed at 33 St Andrew’s, a three bedroom home on #2 hole of the Harbour Town Golf Course… Check in was seamless, the home beautiful, spotless, nicely decorated and a really beautiful location. Pool was very nice and great views from a huge deck complete with gas grill and gas firepit. The GETAWAY deal with SeaPines Resort let’s you enjoy multiple perks included free bikes, free dinner and lunch for 2 at SeaPines Resort restaurants ( we dined at Coast and Fraser’s), free access to health/fitness club and other “freebies”. Wonderful time at Sea Pines!

We just got back from a beautiful week on Hilton Head. We stayed in a villa on the 18th green of Harbour Town Golf Links. Easy check-in, and all my questions were answered immediately prior to arrival. The villa was very nice, very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all we needed. The balcony had a great seating area and the views were amazing! Bicycling around HH is the only way to go, so be sure to call ahead. They will deliver your bike before you arrive, and pick up when you leave. They were nice and clean and be sure to get them with a basket! Cocktails on the patio of the clubhouse was our favorite, and Links American Grill is always a favorite when we visit. The Sea Pines Beach Club is also a must, beautiful powder sand beach, with lounges and umbrellas provided along with a great bar/restaurant overlooking the ocean.
