Неплохой отель! Заселяют быстро, дарят бусы из бархоток! Номера просторные! Интернет работает, но слабовато! Все что нужно в номере есть! Завтрак разнообразный! Очень неплохо! Сбежали из этого отеля и даже не смогли получить предоплаченный новогодний ужин

Этот отель нам рекомендовало агентство и забронировало на 3 ночи с 29 декабря до 1 января с новогодним ужином. Отель довольно изношенный, мы посмотрели 3 комнаты ( несмотря на каникулы в отеле было много свободных номеров). Все комнаты были очень темные, с затхлым запахом, скученно расположенные друг к другу. Нам пообещали на следующий день дать более приватную комнату с балконом и мы остались на ночь. Но спать не удалось - Отель расположен рядом с железнодорожным узлом, и всю ночь через каждые 2 минут гудит очень громко и длиннно поезд!!! Спать невозможно совсем! А с 6-ти утра вокруг нашего номера начали бегать и громко разговаривать уборщики и горничные! Спать было невозможно! От heritage в отеле только здание ресепшн - все остальное жто скученно настроенные друг на друге новодел. Всё не очень чистое, пахнет затхлостью ( даже салфетки, которые дают при заезде, чтобы освежиться). И стоит это сомнительное удовольствие на уровне 5-ти звезд и heritage отелей. Мы уехали после одной ночи - нам конечно не вернули стоимости 2-х ночей, но Генеральный менеджер, который нас уговаривал остаться, отказался вернуть стоимость даже предоплаченного новогоднего ужина (400 долларов за двоих). В отель привозят большие автобусы с туристами - и похоже, что их бизнес за счет договоренностей с агентствами. Очень сожалеем о потраченном времени, деньгах и испорченном настроении. NOT worth your's (or anyone's ) money ! ( CAUTION : Reebok dikhakar Rebuke bech rhe hai ye log) !)

It has a rating of being a boutique hotel where you stay inside a palace. This is not a genuine case though. The hotel is a newly constructed one and the palace is still a private property where the erstwhile nobility resides.The following were the main issues that we faced (and hence the 1 star rating ) : 1.) The rooms provided are of average 3 star quality with no proper ventilation. 2) They do not give attention to family stays. Provided two rooms very far from each other despite a 2 month old booking ! 3) The electronic devices (refrigerator/ electric kettle) were not working and had to get it replaced after repeated calling to the reception. On the whole an average hotel : A- Haar Bhawan, not a Jeet one ! (Sorry i could not resist ! ) It has a rating of being a boutique hotel where you stay inside a palace. "Tranquil Hidden Gem"

This is a laid back , old world charm Vintage resort. We stayed two nights, end of October 2021, the reservations team and front desk were most accommodating & efficient.We booked a deluxe room but opted for a Luxury tent on arrival. The resort is very charming and well maintained. The tents are comfortable, the air conditioning excellent. The bed & pillows extremely comfortable.The bathroom is functional and all toiletries are provided.The breakfast spread was wholesome & nice, the staff ensured that all your requirements from live stations were more than satisfactory. The in-room dinning was good, the food arrived hot and fast. The open air restaurant is extremely charming at dinner time and a meal there is a must, the food is good, a wide variety of local cuisine as well and continental food. The real strength of the place are its amazing staff, always helpful, courteous and obliging. From the housekeeping staff to the waiters at the restaurant, the F&B Manager were all very polite and hospitable. A very special thanks to Mr.Himanshu & Mr.Menon for the hospitality , not to forget Sanjay the Auto-rickshaw person attached to the hotel who took us around during our stay, he took us to all the wonderful places to shop/eat/ sight-see. Good stay

A very nice heritage property. Rooms are a bit weird with no windows but a good sit out. I suggest you should ask for the upper level rooms. But the food & hospitality was perfect. The property has a very good bar & a pool. Very good service. Good location in the city. It was value for money. A very nice heritage property. far away from luxury stay simply not worth your money.

Really very poor service, bar was never open no such thing like exclusive lounge. Room interior is good but room size is very small even though stayed in Ajit suits. Breakfast menu was very ordinary with almost no choice, most disappointing is taste , it's just ok . Certainly they are not justifying the name and I will not stay back here again. Only plus is property is really good and our stay is very peaceful here. All in all not worth the money you will spent.
