Sedona retreat

Enjoyed our stay - we had two studio units, and a 1 bedroom. All units clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The beds were super comfortable. Our one bedroom had a oven issue but within 15 minutes parts and a new oven were brought in. Maintenance guys were outstanding ! Staff was friendly at chk in. Our view in the one bedroom was fab - on the golf course with the red rocks. We were main floor and the studios were 2nd floor- they faced the parking lot but had some views of the mtns. Easy location just outside of Sedona

Great EASY location just outside the crowds of Sedona. Our one-bedroom unit is wonderful with full kitchen, plenty of space, and lovely views. When there are lots of travelers in Sedona, this Oak Creek Village option is perfect! After 13 years of staying in Sedona, we are happy to have ventured to a calmer locale. Will do it again for sure. Great experience

Great resort right next to the Sedona golf resort. The place was great, clean and very accommodating. We really liked the rooms and the surrounding area. It’s a little away from uptown Sedona where all the tourist are at but it’s in a great location. There are few really nice restaurants and cafes around the area. Good location BUT look elsewhere for customer service

We stayed here after exchanging our Marriott Vacation Club week. The rooms are average - very clean and well-appointed, if a bit dated. Nearly all cardio machines in the gym were not in service. I went to a Diamond Club sales meeting as part of our stay. The sales professionals were courteous and didn't attempt a 'hard sell' or any other stereotypical time share sales tactics, which I appreciated. We were actually considering the offer (seemed to be a clear upgrade from the Marriott program), however I spoke with Will at the concierge desk to confirm a gift card we'd been offered as part of the timeshare presentation. I have never had someone speak to me in such an unprofessional and rude manner - because I was asking for his help resolving an issue that stemmed from the concierge desk not communicating with their sales team? If a concierge of all people is memorably rude and unpleasant, I can't imagine spending $15,000+ on a timeshare program if this is the type of treatment once can expect. The staff at the front desk wasn't great either - think four groups in line to check-in, multiple other staff members having personal conversations and leaving one person to do all of the check-ins, including the manager. Anniversary, childless getaway.

We have loved our stay so far. 2 things that brought it down to 4 stars. We arrived at 3:30 (expecting not to get in our room until 4). Unfortunately, they were very short handed and our room wasn’t ready until 7:00. & our bathroom sink is clogged We have loved our stay so far. 2 things that brought it down to 4 stars.
