отличный отель со своей атмосферой, расположение супер,на юнион сквер, все в шаговой доступности, номер чистый постельные принадлежности как новые, все очень понравилось; есть руфтоп депозит всего 50 долларов в сутки, в отличие от других отелей этого класса, где берут депозит по стоимости суток в отеле, что очень прилично выходит. отличный отель, приветливый персонал, бесплатный wi-fi, чистые и комфортные номера, отлично расположен в самом центре, хорошая уборка. дорогая парковка в отеле, но это не проблема в низ по улице через несколько кварталов есть отличная парковка за 35 $. Соответствует своей категории

При выезде из гостиницы выдали счет и почему-то в конце моего адреса приписали Latvia, RUSSIA - это что-то интересное, никогда не видел страну в стране :)) Это осталось для меня загадкой, почему они решили, что я живу в еще и России :) А так, быстрый заезд. Красивый вид из окна 14 этажа. Удобные кровати, просторный номер. Приятный отель

Хорошее расположение. Вы будете рядом с Юнион сквер, кабельным трамваем и отличным шопингом в Мэйсис. Мне понравился номер с микроволновкой. Персонал был любезным. Что не понравилось - напротив отеля улочка с ночными клубами. В выходные шум до 2-3 часов ночи. И барабаны стучат, и публика самая разная гуляет. Вообщем спать не смог - пошел и присоединился к толпе перед отелем. Тоже интересное времяпровождение. Еще понравился встроенный в зеркало телевизор в ванной комнате. Хорошее расположение. Отличный отель в отличном месте

Отличные отель с подземной парковкой, что немаловажно в этом городе! Цена 35$ (без налогов и чаевых). Рядом все, что нежно: магазины, кафе/бары, остановка, конечная кантатного трамвая в 5 минутах ходьбы. До Пирса 39 пешком 30 минут или на прямом автобусе за 2,25$ и за 20 минут (т.к. пробки). Stay in the Bay Area! Better hotels around.

Was very excited to be visiting from the Uk, but had a few issues with the hotel . Firstly we were on floor 5 , the noise is ridiculous from the street (sirens/bin men/ shouting) we thought on the first night we had a window open and that was from wearing ear plugs! The restaurant at the hotel was average food was not great but edible , but if you would like a conversation with the person you are with go somewhere else as it is so loud! I couldn’t hear my husband from the noise of other tables and the set up of the square room the noise just bounced off the walls. Also the area was not the best (not the hotels fault) but we were constantly approached by homeless people and some were running down the street shouting at people or chasing cars and we found it very intimidating. Also they had a raid on the designer shops around the corner which we thankfully we missed by 10 mins (again not the hotels fault but still a worry) Staff were ok but didn’t feel that welcome most of the time they kept there head down when we came back from sight seeing Positives were the room was large and bed was comfy. Great location for tourists

This is a wonderful hotel near Union Square. Blocks away from upscale shopping, fantastic dining, and cable cars. So glad we stayed here, staff were very helpful in guiding us around the city, room was always clean. Was our first trip to SF and we would highly recommend this resort a a great central location for seeing the city. This is a wonderful hotel near Union Square. Brilliant hotel - just the one issue

It’s important to state that this is a superb hotel. Staff are attentive, communal spaces super clean and attractive. The room was huge and as good as we’ve stayed in. Our one issue was with the noise from the street (and we were on the 12th floor). To make the hotel outstanding the management really needs to invest in improved windows to insulate against street noise. It’s important to state that this is a superb hotel. Fantastic hotel

Great location for sight seeing or shopping. One block from Union Square. Do the Hop on Hop off bus located at Union Square. Buy the two day pass if you want to go to museums or botanical gardens. There are great restaurants within one block of the hotel. The hotel restaurant has wonderful food and jazz every night. The staff is friendly and provided great service at every level. Home away from home! Welcoming experience.

The overall experience was fantastic! The staff was very cordial and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious. Very nice amenities on the premises. If you choose to wind down after sightseeing all day, there is a lounge to enjoy music and drinks in the evening. There is even a restaurant on the premises. We were able to easily access all modes of transportation from this location. We would definitely stay at the Donatello in the future! The overall experience was fantastic! The staff was very cordial and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious. Very nice amenities on the premises. If you choose to wind down after sightseeing all day, there is a lounge to enjoy music and drinks in the evening. There is even a restaurant on the premises. We were able to easily access all modes of transportation from this location. We would definitely stay at the Donatello in the future!
