Классное место, но не для релакса

Первая линия, отличная ухоженная территория, бассейн, удобные лежаки, есть ресторан. Есть всё для комфортного отдыха. Кроме одного весьма напрягающего фактора - окна номеров выходят на бассейн одноименного кондо, где постоянно тусуется толпа дикоорущих русскоговорящих детей. Так что расслабиться и отдохнуть полноценно не получится. Впечатление, что вы находитесь в центре городского пляжа Сочи(( Первая линия, отличная ухоженная территория, бассейн, удобные лежаки, есть ресторан. Есть всё для комфортного отдыха. Приятный Марракеш!

Отдых в этом отеле Хуа Хина доставил много приятных ощущений. Мотивы жаркого Марракеша в отеле везде. Приятный номер: на террасе джакузи и диванчик для отдыха; в номере большая высокая удобная кровать; прекрасная большая душевая. Приятные цвета интерьеров во всем отеле. Хорошие завтраки, официанты предлагают различные виды кофе, которые готовятся для Вас. Бассейн и рядом выход к пляжу. Пляж чистый, мелкий. Очень хорош для отдыха с маленькими детьми. Рядом большой торговый комплекс Блю Порт, в котором есть все: вы можете совершить покупки, приятно поужинать, развлечься. Хуа Хин - спокойный город. Это не шумная Паттайя. Тихий семейный отдых

Колоритный отель в восточном стиле; в это время народу было немного и шёл ремонт в отеле. Номерной фонд староват и действительно, требует уже обновления. Персонал очень дружелюбный, отзывчивый, приветливый. Территория очень маленькая , есть небольшой бассейн . Купаться в это время года в море небезопасно, поэтому спасал от жары . Яркий отель для романтического или семейного отпуска

Плюсы: Яркий и солнечный отель. Стилизация под марроканский стиль. Красивая и колоритная отделка номеров. Просторные комнаты, много места, шикарная душевая комната. В нашем номере джакузи на баконе, но воспользоваться так и не успели. Так как бассейн работает круглосуточно, приятнее было проводить вечера около бассейна. В отеле много семей с маленькими детьми, для них есть детская комната, бассейн удобен для детей. Так же много пар, проводящих свой медовый месяц. И была одна романтическая свадьба. Отель располагает для такого отдыха. Уборка номера отличная. Всегда чисто и хорошо. Полотенца, белье, подушки - всё понравилось. Есть хороший фитнесс-зал. Завтрак хороший. Самое главное - великолепный заварной кофе и свежевыжатый сок. Отель находится на первой линии. вход в море пологий, пляж чистый. Всё великолепно. Расположение хорошее. Можно пешком дойти до Цикада маркет или на бесплатном отельном трансфере доехать до Маркет Виллидж (там же Теско Лотус). Есть комната для хранения багажа. Поэтому несколько часов после чек-аут и до автобуса в Бангкок провели в комфорте. Минусы: При заселении разместили в номере, который выходил на очень шумный кондиционер. После первой ночи согласились переселить на тихую сторону. Если есть выбор, лучше брать номера, выходящие на правую от бассейна сторону (на соседнее кондо), а не на сад. Design comes first

This is a nicely designed hotel, bur for all this loveliness some practicality has been sacrificed. You enter the room through the bathroom, between toilet and shower. There is no normal chair or some table in case you would want to write something or use a laptop. Also no outlet by the bed for chargers. There is a nice balcony with a large jacuzzi. There is a view of the pool, but this is not the hotel's pool. That is on the other side and is a nice large pool, 1.30 m deep. Our deal included a set menu. Out of four choices we chose crab curry with chicken wings. The curry was so spicy that it was impossible for the average foreigner to eat. There was some oily bread and the chicken wings were very dry and not tender or juicy. Sorry to say one of my worst dinners in Thailand and I left with an empty stomach. For improvement

We stayed there for our anniversary. We contacted the hotel to ask about any travel restrictions if we come to hua hin and we received quick and helpful answers which made a positive first impression. Unfortunately then we already had problems when making the reservation. We tried to use Travel Together but there was a problem with the link. So after being in contact with the bank and the hotel it ended up working but since then it was only a few days before our arrival we ended up paying more than originally planned but getting a lower room category. We felt like the reservation team could have been more helpful in trying to find the best possible solution or any offer. We arrived by car and when we entered the parking lot we were not even sure that we are in the right place since nobody was there to show us where to go. At checkin the staff was friendly but throughout our stay nobody seemed like they wanted to go the extra mile to deliver good customer service which could be expected for that room price. We think some small things could have already made our overall experience better. For example the card in our room could have had our names instead of a generic „valued customer“ since you know that it is our anniversary or it would have been nice if the staff would have tried to explain information in English since my boyfriend cannot understand Thai and then has to ask me again what was said. It could already put a smile on our face if someone would have asked how was our day, our sleep or if we are enjoying the stay. We did enjoy the room we had, the afternoon tea as well the pool and all the facilities a lot. Hopefully our criticism can help to improve the service at your hotel. Hygiene issues, cats are all around dining area

It was such a bad experience and bad choice to stay in this hotel. We chose this hotel recommended by some friends and from some good photo shots which are literally far from reality. The worst experience part was when we were having lunch at the pool site area, we saw a golden cat (wearing cat collar with name badge) was sitting on plate mats on the side station cupboard and we were using the same plate mats (we wondered if it was taken from there as well). Another scenario, when the rain stopped, the golden cat walked inside the pool kitchen and kitchen crews played with that cat and another pool bartender walked by and started playing with that cat as well. I totally doubt if these people wash their hands before cooking or making drinks for us or other guests. I believe this is a hotel, not an animal adoption center. We paid money to get our comfort, great service, cleanliness, hygiene, etc. We don't stay for free. I have to no offense if the hotel adopts or feeds animals but leaving them on the area where is used by paid guests, this is so wrong and especially concerning hygiene. We were in shock and speechless. I was looking around to raise my complaint, however there was no staffs around. Even for pool service, we had to look around, walked to them and asked them for menus, order taking, etc. The next morning, we came for breakfast and saw the same scenario and one staff was feeding the cat near the outside breakfast buffet area. The hotel management must really look through it. The only positive thing is their room! but will never come back or recommend this hotel to anyone. A perfect vacation

We spent 4 amazing days at the Marrakesh Resort. We were in a Moroccan-style family room with a large balcony with a jacuzzi. The resort's pool is large and overlooks the sea. The beach is charming, sandy and golden. The breakfast is big, rich and very tasty. The kids enjoyed standing outside with the donuts and fresh hot pancakes. Resort highly recommended and would love to go back there again. Thanks HARRY We spent 4 amazing days at the Marrakesh Resort. 5 syar hotel on the beach

Very convenient place in the centre of Hua Hin. Just 5 minutes walk to the shops of Bluport or to the eating place - Cikada Market. Everyday we received a fruit basket. Very good breakfast with choice of the seasonal fruits, more than 6 hot dishes, plenty of desserts. Charming staff answered quickly all our requirements. Highly recommended hotel.
