Хороший вариант в соотношении цена -качество. После реновации в августе 2017. Приветливый персонал. Особенно хотелось бы отметить работу официанта по имени Basant. Ресторан приятно удивил. Также работал Спа центр. Есть конечно мелкие недочёты, но не существенные. В целом остались довольны. Хороший вариант в соотношении цена -качество. После реновации в августе 2017. Business Trip to Puri

This is my 4th stay at the Hotel in last 12 months Room - is clean, very good and spacious. Food is excellent. Ms. Lopa at the restaurant was very courteous. Staff across the property is very kind, soft spoken and helpful. House keeping is quick enough to attend to guest issues, if any Water pressure at the shower is to be addressed. All the four times I stayed, it has been a great experience at Sterling, Puri. This is my 4th stay at the Hotel in last 12 months Room - is clean, very good and spacious. Food is excellent. Wonderful stay

Everything about the stay was perfect. The food was excellent and the staff was indeed very cooperative. The rooms were wonderful and the ambience was great.Staff like lopa,Rahim,salim,Noor,sanjay,Ramakant and lila khute were immensely helpful and cooperative. Everything about the stay was perfect. Visit to Puri hotel Sterling

It was all Excellent. Room was good and the view from the room to sea and pool was excellent. The food at the restaurant was fine. not very spicy. room service was good staff is very cooperative at all stages. It was all Excellent. Best experience

Everything was perfect. I was on my honeymoon stay and the ambience of the resort plus the beach biew from room was perfect to enjoy the stay. Food was delicious and staff was also very humble. I would definitely recommend it to everyone visiting puri. Everything was perfect. Nice service by the House keeping vin charge Mr Prabitra Pradhan. Feedback about Sterling Puri.

All, I Would like to provide the feedback about Sterling Puri where my family stayed for a day 7th December. Though the experience of front desk was not outstanding (MR Gyana was simply horrible, rude and was not at all helping untill I have to call his manager) it was the seer brilliance and outstanding service of Mr Pabitra Pradhan (the head of house Keeping) which saved the day . He first of all made sure my kids were taken care off and arranged proper and extra matterials to provide us the comfort that we need. His way of talking and greeting was nice and he made sure to provide us the proper service while check out as well. Finally I will request Sterling to have more persons like Pabitra and people like Gyana needs some kind of fine tuning.. We are travelers and a simple good behaviour will impact us and you and people like Pabitra understands the same and needs a pat on the back. Mr Gyana needs to learn from him. A big Thank You to Mr Pabitra Pradhan and his housekeeping staffs who are doing a thank less job for our betterment...
