Stay was comfortable. Bit crowded over the weekend. In room dining service got delayed. I think due to too many guests. Lot of options for breakfast & Dinner. Refills gets delayed. So go early. Good property, Staffs we’re helpful and courteous. Stay was comfortable. Bit crowded over the weekend. In room dining service got delayed. I think due to too many guests. Our Ooty Fern Hill Stay

We were 4 adults & 3 kids, stayed in the 1bedroom apartment- 2 next to each other. Property is really nice, very good activities for kids, well maintained. The dinner buffet was very sad, on complaining, the team was very co-operative and chef Thirumurugan came out of the kitchen, understood our issues, after which he sent us Chinese food cooked by himself to our rooms directly which we enjoyed. Even the Dal Tadka which he prepared was excellent. But we chose not to have the buffet in the property, which was sad as I usually like to have in the property itself. I will not be doing justice if I don’t mention about the housekeeping staff. Their changing linen to cleaning the rooms to promptly answering our repeated requests, were fantastic. We checked out and on our way back, we realized that we had forgotten our daughters jacket in the kids play area. On calling them, they said they had kept it aside and immediately, the housekeeper Shanthi called and said she has it with her & will be couriering it my Bangalore address. She constantly kept checking with me to get my details and was so polite and sincere. These are the small things that make your stay memorable & worthwhile. Excellent property and hospitality

We visited Ooty Fern Hill resort for 4 nights in December and our stay was absolutely brilliant. The property is huge and maintained very beautifully with lots of plants and flowers in each corner. The resort has ample space for a nice walk or just to sit and enjoy the views. The staff is very hospitable, warm, courteous and helpful. The room was big with a huge balcony offering scenic views. The food was decent and the vegetarian dessert spread could be improved. The holiday activities center has lots of indoor and outdoor games, making it a fun stay. The spa is highly recommended!! Here having no any facilities for drivers. worst hotel form Ooty. Please no any one book this sterling fern hill hotel and customer also don’t visit this hotel. Food also not good .
