Winter Stay in Nature

Excellent property. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful and goes beyond the normal services to make your stay comfortable. Excellent tasty food, prepared fresh on order. The only concern is the approach road which is raw. It has been inyentionaly left like that by the June state owners to give a feel of forest trail. The rooms are great, I had duplex rooms for family, very cozy and comfortable. Overall experience was excellent. Excellent property. Well spent holiday

The road leading to the resort was narrow but adventurous. Hotels location was good I mean really good. Something which we both really looked forward for. There was a small tree top Machan where they payed lunch for us. Staff made our stay pleasant they were always there well spoken and soft. They organised paragliding and other activities for us. TERRIBLE

Booked this resort seven months before and when I arrived on 4th Oct 2019 , car stuck near the resort, put some stones and sand and reached the resort. David welcomed us and was confused if we have one booking or two booking for one bedroom, I booked 2 bed room for 4 senor citizens, atlast gave 2 rooms, both rooms adjacent to each other and a door to close from both side.I one room A/C in another no a/c. Towels not washed properly, wanted to eat something but no staff to cook food, no grocery, no cold drink in stock. Ordered dinner but so late could not believe it,Only one gentlemen RAKESH looking for every occupied room. One day no one to clean the rooms, one day no water, water also yellow. Swimming pool condition horrible, Room telephone did not work, allways go to reception. How you can run a resort with working staff of one or two. My exprience over all worst, out of 7 days I stayed 5 days and always going to Mahindra club for my food. Please do not book such type of resort. RCI should compensate our money spend on this holiday. Good visit
