Worst customer service ever!!!

Kora is the worst front desk I’ve ever encountered, rude, condescending. We will never return to this location as long as Kora is employed here . Do not stay here

There are many other nicer cleaner options in the area. The only thing quality about this property is the cookies and location. The rooms stink and are dirty. The resort needs to be updated. Great for Business Events!!

This location has FANTASTIC staff. No matter how many times I had a question or needed help, they immediately responded. Not only that, but it was always with a pleasant and kind attitude. Our entire group absolutely loved meeting at Double Tree Suites (Doheny Beach) and that is because they did a phenomenal job taking care of us. They posted signs so our group knew where to go, they helped with sound set-up, they set the space up exactly as requested and everyone loved the rooms. We had between 50-60 people in our group and had plenty of space to spread out in the 2 meeting spaces we used. We chose to have a dinner the first night there and the food was excellent! Overall I can't say enough great things about this location. Oh! I almost forgot to mention it's right across the street from the Beach!! My husband and I also walked 15 minutes up the road to Green Lantern Street where they have shops and restaurants. everything you need is close by. We love this spot. Great location with beach access, fun surf culture theme , local amenities and harbor available . Peaceful sleep and good value !
