Always a big fan, but needs a bit of sprucing up...

We've stayed at this property several times and it never disappoints. This was the first time we've been here since Covid but noticed how run-down the outside common areas and pool is looking. Faded sun-loungers, artificial grass, scuffed and cracked walls, but most noticeable is the stained outside walls of the once very white and gleaming hotel. It wouldn't take a look to take it back to its original condition. It just looks a bit sad at the moment... We've stayed at this property several times and it never disappoints. Nothing special.

Very disappointed. Sister treated me for 5 nights for my birthday. Arrived at 6:30 pm. Asked for ID and credit card. Billed $2031. I said it was supposed to be prepaid? He got the office manager. Explained. Informed that they didn’t have sisters card info. Had to call sister now in San Francisco. She had made a trip to this hotel the day before to give card and prepay. What a hassle. Supposedly upgraded. No. Just a regular room. Nothing special. There is no place to smoke here either. Have to be off premises. Ridiculous. They could stick a bench outside. Clean and well positioned

Nice hotel in a great location. Staff helpful and rooms very clean. Decent air-conditioning. The restaurant could have had more on offer and the breakfast area was a little basic but no real complaints. Nice hotel in a great location. Staff helpful and rooms very clean. Beautiful, welcoming hotel with so much fun we barely left the property!

We came here for a group getaway and had so much fun between the pool, the restaurant, and our suites that we barely left the property! The staff made us feel super comfortable. There were tons of amenities to take advantage of including shuffleboard, cornhole, ping pong table, a free hotel shuttle, a cute Airstream trailer to take photos in front of... we even had a pool table in our hotel room. We are already looking forward to our next trip back and having more of those poolside drinks We came here for a group getaway and had so much fun between the pool, the restaurant, and our suites that we barely left the property! The staff made us feel super comfortable. There were tons of amenities to take advantage of including shuffleboard, cornhole, ping pong table, a free hotel shuttle, a cute Airstream trailer to take photos in front of... we even had a pool table in our hotel room. We are already looking forward to our next trip back and having more of those poolside drinks

Perfect place for our Cousin Reunion!

We spent a long weekend at Hotel Paseo and had the most enjoyable time. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, especially the poolside bartender, Neil! We used the free Hotel Shuttle they provided so we could go to and from our favorite restaurants without having to worry about a safe ride home (Thanks Cesar). Our rooms were amazing, stocked with waters, coffee and tea K-cups for their Keurig's in every room, our own mini fridge, bath robes, free Netflix and HBO, and a balcony that overlooked the pool. Cornhole and ping pong was an added bonus for our competitive family. Oh and in one of my cousins' rooms there was a pool table- say what!! Next time I stay here I'm going to request that room. We dined in the hotel restaurant one night. The service was on point and the food was awesome all around. I can go on and on about what a great time we all had staying here.
