An Excellent Hotel

Fantastic hotel. Location is really convenient and close to local attractions such as Pier 39 and the other Piers for ferry rides to Alcatraz, Sausalito etc. Also close to some of the classic street cars/trams/cable cars and there is a bike rental shop called Blazing Saddles on Hyde Street which is a short walk. Also within walking distance is Lombard Street (10-15 mins) and Mrs Doubtfire’s house (35-44 mins). Taxi cost me $70 from the airport however I used an Uber on the way back which was much cheaper. As I suffered with jetlag, and was there over the weekend, having NBC sports on my massive tv was a bonus as I could watch some of the football from the premier league early in the morning. Bed was comfortable and there was a safe in the room which made me feel good. Close walks to top rated restaurants such as Hollywood Cafe and Eight Am. Plenty of other eateries nearby. If I ever do come to San Francisco again I would stop here. Fantastic hotel. Great location. Really caring staff.

Really great staff that cared about our comfort. Someone texted everyday to check.. our questions about anything was promptly answered. Great location, very near to Fisherman's wharf. Easy to reach to tour bus stops. New, clean and overall wonderful ambiance inside the hotel. Really great staff that cared about our comfort. Loved it, great experience, friendly personnel and a small bar wink wink

I needed a hotel in the area and I stayed in Caza. My experience was great, the personnel were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and actually very spacious, it is close to a lot of important areas in the city and also has a bar that is open until late at night. I loved the place and I recommend it 100%. I rate my experience 5/5 and if I’m back to SF I would stay here again. If you need a hotel in the area, consider this place. Thanksgiving stay 2021

RCI booked however checked into a room that was facing a alley which every morning a dump truck would pick up trash it was extremely noisy. They need better lighting in the restroom & an outlet near the closet for ironing. Caza was great

This was our first visit to Hotel Caza and we found the staff very friendly and accommodating. We had a late flight out and they were kind enough to let us hang in the lobby until it was time to leave. The rates were reasonable and the rooms were clean and modern. Best of all the hotel is in a great location for the SF tourist experience. This was our first visit to Hotel Caza and we found the staff very friendly and accommodating.
