Worst experience with staff and room

Roxanne the supervisor was rude, condescending and unprofessional in so many levels. Our room had a non working AC and the bed was making so much noise As soon as you sat, we noticed this as soon as we check into the room. This lady was so rude she offered another room that was smelling bad, the room Was so bad we kindly asked for another option. She left saying she will look For Something else. We waited 15 mins inside of that room with no AC, she never called to keep us updated so we left (temp In that room was hot) . We finally went to the lobby and after 10 more minutes, Roxanne arrived with the biggest attitude saying: we found another room in the 6th floor if you’d like or you can simply check out! She basically told us to leave, never helped us feel welcome nor accommodated us to a valid complaint . She had a smirk laugh when I asked for my receipt since she checked me out I wanted to ensure there are no charges. Excellent Welcome and Overall Cleaning.

Excellent staff welcoming very friendly. Hotel very nice located in a quite place and very clean and comfortable. Bedroom was at the right temperature, beds really soft to have an excellent rest. Vacation

Came to visit family, easy to find, beautiful property. Staff was very helpful and friendly.. the room was perfect and bed very comfy. We will definitely be back to stay here, next time we come back to visit.. Came to visit family, easy to find, beautiful property. A Hidden Gem

We traveled here for a family wedding. We were a fairly large and possibly too loud group. We were made to feel our event was important and special from all the staff. They did not rush us or hassle the wedding party. Truly appreciated their service. We traveled here for a family wedding. We were a fairly large and possibly too loud group. Excellent experience

My experience was great. Everything I needed was there. The breakfast was great every morning. The front desk was very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. My multiple day stay did not have one problem or issue. My experience was great. Everything I needed was there. The breakfast was great every morning.
