TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND DESK STAFF

HORRIBLE SERIVCE!!! Read the post from June 2021 to back my review. I was traveling for the holiday and because I was on a discount I was treated poorly. I was disrespected and I responded and the desk clerk wanted to play victim. Poor Management never did an investigation asked me to leave and tried to charge me full rate for that night. I was never contacted by management. I myself is a VP in a fortune 500 company and if an issue was brought to my attention, I would investigate and get both sides; nope not here. I was charged for parking and I took Lyft all weekend and the manager EVETTE TORRES never reached out. The manager on duty "tall white lady" was rude and dressed poorly. Folks SAVE YOUR MONEY! Great hotel!

I booked a stay at this hotel based solely on pictures of the rooftop bar and restaurant and I was not disappointed! The hotel is a perfect location with an Italian restaurant, Joffrey's Coffee, Whole Foods, and a little courtyard downstairs. We booked a room with a King-sized bed and were pleasantly surprised that it had a mini-fridge, microwave, dishes (bowls, coffee mugs, cutlery), and a sink to wash the dishes in! The room was a perfect size with a nice view of the little courtyard. Service was exceptional from the valet to the front desk staff. We used the text service for the valet to retrieve our vehicle when we were ready to leave and we never once had to wait as the vehicle was always pulled right up front waiting for us as soon as we got downstairs. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Toshiba. When we were heading to the hotel we thought we made a mistake with our reservation so we called to fix it and Toshiba was very patient and helpful even after we were getting a little panicked she assured us we could fix whatever the issue was (we ended up finding the email we couldn't originally find so there actually was never an issue). The whole experience was great and there is not a single thing I would change. We will definitely be staying there every time we visit Tampa! Element Tampa

We enjoyed our stay at The Element Midtown. The bed was so comfortable and had a cute kitchen area. The bathroom was cute with a huge shower. I just loved the cute little vanity and sink. There is a lot of construction in the area but it didnt bother us. It was a little confusing with having the Element and Aloft on the same property and the check in desk was doing double duty for both properties but staffing seems to be an issue everywhere. We would definitely stay at the Element again! We enjoyed our stay at The Element Midtown. The bed was so comfortable and had a cute kitchen area. The bathroom was cute with a huge shower. Excellent new hotel

Really enjoyed our 7 day stay in Element. Alyssa on front desk was extremely helpful and made our stay a great experience. The rooms are very clean and service is very good. The rooftop restaurant is excellent and while the rooftop pool is not the easiest to find, it’s very nice once you do. Really enjoyed our 7 day stay in Element. Outstanding Hotel with Great service

I recently spent a few days in Tampa and I decided to try the Element Tampa Midtown. I must say I had an awesome experience. Every associate that I encountered possessed a smile that stated I love what I do. The Sal Y Mar rooftop is probably one of the best rooftops that I've seen and I've been to a few. I congratulate the management team on an outstanding hotel and I look forward to my next visit. I recently spent a few days in Tampa and I decided to try the Element Tampa Midtown.
