Few days away

Visited this hotel previously a few years ago and we were a bit disappointed but we have given it another chance and we’re pleasantly surprised . Very clean ,warm ,friendly .The rooms were lovely . Food was fab too .The staff were all attentive and welcoming.We would be happy to return and to share our experience with family and friends . Fabulous stay

This is the second visit to this hotel. We stayed for 2 nights in room 219 which was very spacious, quiet and had a lovely comfy bed. Hot water for the shower and bath was available throughout the day (not the case for all hotels...). All the staff we interacted with were brilliant. Couldn't fault them. There was a good selection at breakfast and the dinner tasted great (I had poached salmon whilst my partner chose the pork fillet). The hotel is in a beautiful setting, close to the town centre. Lovely place

Really liked this hotel in the countryside. Friendly staff, our room was big and had all the creature comforts. So nice to be able to walk into Nairn. Got a voucher deal, but would come back in the summer as my husband found about the fishing possibilities in this area. Refreshing break. Really liked this hotel in the countryside. Grand Hotel when they sort the Fire Alarm out

We had an interesting room quite large with a staircase leading to a turret room with great views. This is a large hotel comfortable and functional with great access to Inverness Airport. We were only there for one night with junior staff friendly and the breakfast was ok. A bit difficult to rate the sleep quality as the fire alarm went off at 1am. The following morning the Manger was apologetic in a rather corporate way. We had an interesting room quite large with a staircase leading to a turret room with great views. Brilliant staff, brilliant hotel

We stay here on a wocher offer. We really enjoyed it. We could walk into Nairn and did, you can also walk to the marina. We had an evening meal both nights because it was really reasonable and I must say it was delicious . Staff were very friendly and the hotel was nicely decorated. We loved it. Beds comfy rooms really , warm, tea coffee and bikkies what more could we ask for. My husband even got some fishing in and even caught some. We are hoping to go back again soon.
