Hotel stay at the Riverwalk

We always stay one weekend at the Riverwalk San Antonio to enjoy the river lights and food and of course some cocktails. We normally saty at the Hilton but decided to Try the Holiday inn Riverwalk and I'm glad we did. What made it a great stay at the hotlel wasn't really the room or the food, which BTW were just find, but the staff. They were helpful and kind and eager to please. I would like to single out Erica. Very nice young lady with a great helpful personality. WE did the river baot ride, best to get the tickets online. This way you just go straight to boat boarding line and avoid the LONG line at the ticket booth. By 7pm the riverwalk is loaded with people and hard to get into a restaurant unless you have reservations or go early like 5:30 pm. If you have prioviosly eaten at the riverwalk you will notice meal prices have good up but still affordable. Everyone be safe and have a good time! Amazing experience in San Antonio. Great staff and beautiful hotel.

After driving nearly 8hrs, we were exhausted when we arrived. We were greeted by Erica and Katie at the front desk. They started our incredible experience. Very kind and helpful ladies. We got a great room overlooking the Riverwalk. Had a great night out in the city. Breakfast was delicious with Ivy helping us out. Thank you ladies and Holiday Inn. We will be back! Me and my family went to San Antonio for the riverwalk and found this hotel location to be perfect! When we had checked in at the front desk Erica went above and beyond to help us out. We got there way before check in time, but she was able to get us a room that faced the river. The hotel was very well maintained and cleaned, with wonderful staff! Mini Honeymoon get away

Upon arrival the staff was very welcoming, Amanda V found out we were here celebrating our marriage and upgraded our room to a suite on the 22nd floor and it was beautiful the view was GREAT! Breakfast was great and the hotel itself was so clean! Being walking distance to any place we wanted to go was also a big plus! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone great customer service and an all around great experience! Location, location, location!!!

My wife and I visited San Antonio for the 1st time and we couldn’t be more pleased with the front desk help from Amanda and Erica. The balcony rooms facing the river are amazing. The hotel was located in the perfect area walking distance to down town, the Alamo, and many restaurants. Great place to stay!
