BEST STAFF FOUND HERE!

Idk that I've ever had better customer service anywhere else! The kitchen, cleaning, & ESPECIALLY the FRONT DESK staff really went above and beyond!! With the labor shortage right now, these gentleman deserve a raise! I really don't know if I've ever been treated more nicely anywhere, ever. I can't stress enough how awesome they are & if you have the pleasure of staying here, Andre is the man & will gladly assist you with your needs. Charleston Vacation

The property is fairly new, opened in 2019. Lovely hotel. It was not central to historic area. Was disappointed in the service. I am going to extend grace, due to the ongoing staffing issues businesses are experiencing. Housekeeping was lacking. We were there for 7 days and had our room serviced once. Towels and amenities had to be requested. When calling down for service, no one answered. I had to go down, and usually the front desk folks were sitting across from the desk. The restaurant has limited menu and expensive. For overnight it may be fine, but beyond that I would not recommend. The property is fairly new, opened in 2019. Lovely hotel. André Made My Stay

It was a busy weekend, I must admit I could tell. Check-in had its delays - all of the luggage carts were in use, etc. When I woke up I’m the morning, I did not have soap and shampoo for the shower. Conditioner, yes. I rang the front desk and André answered. I explained my predicament and that as I was undressed already I would not be walking to the desk for supplies. He understood and we hung up. I set a timer on my watch, because I’m that guy. He was at my door with everything I needed in less than two minutes! They say there’s a customer service paradox: you’re happier when things go wrong and are made right than you’d be if everything was right all along. I was happy. Very happy. The rooms are cool, too! I really like the unique setup. The proximity to downtown and the plantations and the Christmas lights is primo. I’m a Charleston native that was staying with family and I can absolutely recommend this hotel, its accommodations, its prices, its staff, and its location. Charleston Hotel

The hotel itself was great. The room was excellent. However, we were led to believe that the Hotel was walking distance of the Historic District of Charleston. It was not possible to walk and we had to use Ubers every day. We also were led to believe that there was a shuttle, however, it was out of service. The hotel itself was great. One word-AMAZING!!!

When my wife and I first arrived and saw our room, it easily looked like it was a $200+ per night hotel. But, it was very affordable. Everything looked first class. Friendly staff and a cool bar/bar downstairs in the lobby. And, the outdoor pool and lounge...forget about it!
