Хороший ризорт для семейного отдыха

Остановились в двух спальном номере. Очень хороший номер, вид на марину. Отличное место для времяпрепровождения с семьей. Можно брать велосипед свободно и кататься по территории ризорта. Wonderful

Such a fabulous place to spend a few days. The staff at the resort are all excellent, We ate at the resort several times and the food and service was great. The views are wonderful and plenty to keep you busy right at the resort for a few days. Not far from the Pine Island and Fort Myers River District. Such a fabulous place to spend a few days. Worst Accommodation & Service. Dirty room and amenities that Does Not Work

The worst customer service on planet earth. I paid $575 a night for a dirty 2 bedroom suite with a dishwasher that doesn’t dry. I’m traveling with an infant and needed dry heat option to work for the dishwasher to sanitize my baby’s bottles. The manager told me that all the dishwashers on property does NOT do dry heat to be ECO friendly. I personally think that’s a crock of BS. They refused to move me to a room with working amenities or offer any comps for my stay. I would NOT recommend this property to anyone looking for good service or empathy to paying customers. Great service, no wait

Great service and entertainment. Waitress Amelia was friendly and prompt with the service. Live entertainment at the nauti mermaid was so fun. Food was delicious and hot. Drink menu was extensive.. visited twice during our stay and was very satisfied. Great service and entertainment. Waitress Amelia was friendly and prompt with the service. Awesome Linda

This was our second trip to the Westin and we will be back for New Years as well. Our room was perfect with an amazing marina view. Amy at check in was helpful and upgraded our room at our previous visit in October. Every staff member we came in contact with was pleasant, however, a few stood out and they went out of their way to make our time there memorable. Every morning, Linda (awesome Linda) at Marker 92, made our day! Her upbeat and personable personality was awesome! She even offered me her coat when I was cold. We can’t wait to come back just to see her! Every evening at the Nauti Mermaid, we were treated like a friend by Jenny! She remembered us from our October visit and even remembered what we drank! She’s spunky and truly an asset to the bar! The food and drinks were always on point! Service at the entire resort was great! Although, you do need a bar at the pool! We road bikes and had pool days. Busy and still great service

Amelia was swamped with several conventions of people and was still incredibly attentive. She was a great server. The food and drinks were excellent. Looking forward to returning!
