Management poorly responds to guests

This hotel has the garbage bin set up directly below room windows. At 7am the noise from trucks emptying bins was horrible. The banging and beep noise of the trucks went on for several minutes. When I addressed this with staff, they offered no solution, no refund. The just make excuse because they say I booked it through Orbitz and would have to fill a claim with them. Great location and facilities

Great location, easy access to downtown through shuttle service, beautiful views, and very clean. This hotel has a lot to offer with multiple pools, spas, and restaurants. Really good

Comfortable, clean, beautiful view and location. Proximity to patriots point museum a great plus. Marina is nice to have nearby as is boardwalk through nature area. Staff was very sweet. Shuttle to city was convenient. Comfortable, clean, beautiful view and location. Proximity to patriots point museum a great plus. Marina is nice to have nearby as is boardwalk through nature area. Nice, but could use a refresh

Our Thanksgiving trip included a two night stay at the Charleston Harbor Resort and Marina. The stay was pleasant enough, and we would probably come back here again. Our third floor room had a nice balcony and looked out over the pool to the left, and the water to the right. The only complaints I have is that the room wasn't as clean as I would have liked it to have been. The walls and floor have a lot of scuffs and scratches. Some fresh paint or maybe just a better cleaning would make a big difference. The beds were clean and comfortable, but that didn't help on one night when the noise coming from the floor above made it difficult to sleep. I'm not sure what was going on, but it sounded as if furniture was being moved across the floor. There was a lot of beating and banging, etc. I don't know if that was the fault of any guests, or if it was something the workers were doing, but it was very annoying. Thanksgiving Trip

Excellent Staff. Fish house bar was excellent. Was hoping for a raw bar tower. No oysters, crab claws or crab legs. Room maid service was excellent.
