Красивая большая ухоженная территория, своя парковка (дают парковочный билет), чистые уютные номера, чайно-кофейные принадлежности, завтраки за отдельную плату. На территории фитнес-центр с сауной и несколько открытых бассейнов с подогреваемой водой. Неплохой отель

Останавливались как и многие на одну ночь, номер симпатичный, все было чисто, тараканов не замечено. Хорошее расположение, рядом магазины, кафе и парки. Нормальный отель

Вполне нормальный отель, останавливался здесь на несколько ночей во время конференции, которая проводилась в этом же отеле. Мне все понравилось, есть бассейн, в номерах достаточно чисто, территория ухоженная. Worst Wyndham property

Worst Wyndham property that I have ever stayed at. Location is very hard to find and the front desk staff really needs a lot of training. Couldn’t get the building right or the Wi-Fi password correct. Worst Wyndham property that I have ever stayed at. Mice in rooms, loud partying in adjacent rooms, no security

It pains me to write this as we stayed here 4 years ago and generally loved it. We were so excited to stay here again. The grounds are very nice and location is great in the middle of all the action. However, we had a mouse in our room that got into our food, the room was very run down compared to our first stay 4 years ago - it could most definitely use a refresh - and the guests in the room below us smoked cigars on their patio all weekend (supposed to be a non-smoking hotel) which came up into our room and partied loud every night. We only ever saw security during the day, shocked that the resort would allow the smoking and loud partying all weekend. Likely not going to stay here again which is a shame because we really loved it the first time. The good thing is Orlando has tons of other hotels. I'd avoid if you have an aversion to loud partying on the hotel grounds at night or unwanted critters in your room. It pains me to write this as we stayed here 4 years ago and generally loved it. Terrible Experience, Stay ANYWHERE Else

I won't be returning. Maybe send me back my property that you didn't let me get or get for me shortly after I checked out of that gross room with broken lights and appliances and thin walls. Not to mention the filthy bathroom. Definitely overpaid for that experience I won't be returning. Horrid resort. BEWARE!!!!!

Where do I start? My friends room had rats in the ceiling. (They upgraded him when he showed up with proof). My room has cockroaches coming out of the sink and my other friends room has ants. (We were told they could come “treat” the room while we were out for the day. UH NO? Please don’t go bug bomb the room with my stuff in it! But that that was our option. And they might remove the resort fee from our bill (we didn’t pay one as we’re here for a specific event and it was waived for all attendees). No one on house keeping can speak English so I was unable to ask for the things I needed, the power outlets in half my room didn’t work which meant the alarm clock and phone didnt work and the three of us in the room had to share a total of 3 outlets for all of our devices. The toilet didn’t work when we arrived either and the maintenance guy just showed up in my room while I was half naked and asleep to fix it. Didn’t wait to knock so someone could let them in. When these concerns were brought up they very non chalantly said “sorry” and then “is there anything else I can do for you?” The manager seemed to really just not give a sh** about any of the complaints, and only made us feel more disgusted by this place. There was no real concern, apology, not even shock coming from this woman. She simply looked bored and spoke damn near monotonously and then just waited for me to leave. The “resort” area and main hotel looks nice, well kept. But the rooms are basically glorified super 8s. Save your money, it’s disgusting here. Also the service from the front desk staff has been absolutely abysmal. You couldn’t pay me $1mil to come back to this place. sounded like a stampede going on upstairs from our ground level floor

I would recommend staying on the top floor bc if you dont you will hear every step someone takes ALL NIGHT LONG above your head. There is no insulation between the floors. There is also not much insulation between rooms bc I could hear the neighboring rooms full conversation and they were not speaking loudly.
