Отель транзит и выставок

Останавливались раньше на выставки, сейчас транзит. Ночью по прилету не могли дозвониться вызвать трансфер, хорошо таксист понимает , обычно таксисты в отели при аэропортах не везут, тупят что не знают где, могут остановить на выезде и разводить руками, или сразу заряжают 100 юаней. Поэтому то и важен трансфер от отеля. Обратно тоже Стафф перепутал время выезда и нам опять на такси. Хорошо что вызывают и недорого. По счетчику. При бронировании на троих - не положили третьи полотенца и пр. Ночью уже некого просить об этом. До ст метро далеко Останавливались раньше на выставки, сейчас транзит. Хороший отель

Отель расположен совсем не далеко от Аэропорта. Заселили в двухэтажных номер на 11 этаже. Очень удобно, если вы отдыхаете с компанией. Хороший выбор ресторанов, понравилось в китайском и в гриль ресторане, в него можно попасть через итальянский он находится на веранде. Большие и вкусные порции. В номерах чисто и ухоженно. Есть 2 бассейна, тренажёрный зал, бильярд. Так же можно уехать в город на автобусе отеля, только нужно предварительно записаться. В целом все понравилось. отель для 72часового транзита

Близость к аэропорту, наличие в номере чайной станции. Достаточно просторные номера. Наличие шаттл-баса во все терминалы столичного аэропорта. В фойе полно мелких магазинчиков для тех, кто не успевает выехать в Пекин. Приятный бар, работающий до 2х ночи. Про всякие мелочи в номере, типа: тапочек, зубной щетки и прочего даже не стоит упоминать - все есть. В отель заселяют экипажи иностранных самолетов, что, по моему опыту, указывает на приемлемый неплохой уровень. странный запах на территории отеля. Я даже не могу сказать на что похожий. Коллеги сказали что он скорее неприятный. По прилету была сильная гроза и в номере, не смотря на работающий кондиционер. было очень влажно и душно, как результат полотенца утром были мокрыми. Неплохой вариант для командировки

Отель полностью оправдывает свою стоимость. Начну сначала, отель организует бесплатный трансфер из / в аэропорта (каждые 30 мин., а в часы пик - каждые 15 мин.), в аэропорту сразу нашёл место откуда забирает автобус (прилетал в Т3), в итоге ждал автобус не более 15 мин. Дорога от аэропорта до отеля заняла около 10 минут. Не смотря на то, что приехал около 8 часов утра, был сразу же заселён в номер, но есть одно НО, при заселении берут депозит, при стоимости проживания 3200 юаней, при заселении с меня взяли 4000. Номер оказался в целом чистым, но слегка поношенным. В номере все гигиенические принадлежности, тапочки, халат, сейф бесплатный. Также есть чайник и кружка, каждый день пополняют запас чая и 0,5 л. воды. Несмотря на низко пролетающие самолёты, в номере достаточно тихо, кондиционер работал тихо и эффективно. Сейчас в номерах не курят, но чувствуется что когда то курили. Питание... В гостинице на выбор 4 ресторана: китайский, Японский, монгольский и, типа, европейский. Поесть стоит около 100 юаней на человека без излишеств; завтрак стоит 88 юаней, еда более или менее сносная. Главное, на мой взгляд, достоинство ситика - это бассейн, собственно, из-за этого мой выбор и пал на этот отель. В бассейне чисто, выдают бесплатно полотенца, в будние дни народу нет вообще, а в выходные приходят местные и становится тесновато. Вокруг отеля полно всяких закусочных, есть большой супермаркет. В целом, могу порекомендовать для не очень продолжительного проживания, а при длительной пересадке в Пекине, так вообще отличный вариант. P.s. Этот отель обеспечит вас трансфером на Эбалоу - три раза в день -бесплатно. Отель для перевалочного проживания. Живут в основном авиакомпании. Чисто и в принципе недорого. Стандартный номер за 450 юаней - 4500р. Завтрак включен. Обедать лучше в уличных, но чистых кафе (30-50 юань) - порции огромные. Номер чистый, В китайском стиле. Английский язык на ресепшн только))) Если летите ненадолго - то нормальное соотношение цены и качества. Этот отель обеспечит вас трансфером на Эбалоу - три раза в день -бесплатно. Unethical behavior during coronavirus

We were scheduled to stay at CITIC Beijing from Feb. 3 to 6 but tried to cancel almost two weeks prior because my father was ill and under observation for coronavirus symptoms. We called to cancel and the first person we spoke to said it would be fine. Many airlines and hotels were allowing free cancellation because of the NATIONAL EMERGENCY. We then had Expedia, our booking agent, call them and email them. Then five days later, we still had not heard back and called the hotel again. They claimed that they never received Expedia's email and didn't know about the phone call from Expedia, which was a lie because Expedia spoke to their personnel who asked to be emailed. Also that they would not cancel our reservation because their manager was busy. Under these extreme circumstances it is unethical to deny us a cancellation, especially as we explained we had a sick person under observation at the hospital. I will resolve this matter through my credit card but had to write about this hotel's extremely unethical behavior. If there is another room anywhere in Beijing then dont stay at the CITIC

After a long trip followed by a day of sightseeing we wanted a good night’s rest but instead: - as my 12 yo went to bed in the loft room we had been given he heard this persistent hissing noise coming from a panel beside the bed. The panel was loose and behind we found a pipe spraying water over electrical wires and other pipes, phenomenal rust of another piece of pipe and rubble. We alerted reception immediately and they said it couldn’t be fix d straight away so I should call reception and ask for another room. I did any my 12 yo eventually got to sleep after we had moved all our own luggage about 2 hrs after he needed to. We had rented a second room for my other son and i on a nonsmoking floor but when we walked past the staff work room there was a strong smell of smoke, which was also in the room. We found the smoke smell very strong in the room and worse with the aircon in, so spent the night sleeping with the window open to the -9 night listening to planes take off to try to get fresh air The hotel couldnt change money and sent us to a bank around the corner where the atm gave us a transaction receipt but no money. We had no way to get cash, had potentially lost hundreds of dollars in the three atm transactions that we tried and failed (yes i know, stupid to try three times) and my wife went to bee without dinner while my son and i later managed to cook 2 min noodles bought with our last chinese cash in our room. To cap it off, when my son went to the loo one of the toilet rolls had a large thumb print of poo on it. Breakfast was 88 yuan per person but instead we skipped that and ate at the airport instead. And as for the staff - absolutely no apology and when i asked what terminal lufthansa flew from they had never heard of Germany’s flagship airline and couldnt advise whether we would fly from terminal 2 or 3. I stayed here bc of the good reviews. My advice: don’t even consider it. Great Breakfast Buffet

The breakfast buffet is amazing. There is all types/styles of food choices. Made to order omelets available. The room was ok and very clean. Excellent value, convenient location

The location is very convenient and the hotel may be the best value for your money near the airport. Perfect for a 1 night transit passenger. Other hotels may be closer to the airport, have bigger rooms, and more amenities, but will likely cost you 2 to 3 times more. Rooms and beds are small but functional and fine for 1 night. Bathroom is stocked with 2 toothbrushes and small tubes of toothpaste. Several inexpensive restaurants, a convenience store, and a pharmacy are across the street. We liked the hot pot restaurant where the 4 of us ate very, very well for 200 RMB. Area is quiet without much traffic which was nice. Shuttle bus runs from the airport to the hotel at 15 minutes past the hour (starting at 05:15) and from the hotel to the airport on the hour (starting at 05:00). Not sure when the last shuttle is. We took a taxi from the airport to the hotel and it cost us 20 RMB. We would definitely stay here again. Poor security, poor location

I stayed here to catch a flight at 7:30am the next morning. My flight from Shanghai to Beijing arrived at 12:30am, I called hotel on arrival in Beijing and they told me the shuttle service had finished for the day. No taxis would take me the relatively short distance without demanding exorbitant fares, so I had to walk the 3km to the hotel at 2am in the morning. When I got to the hotel I found a very tired property, reminded me of being back in 1980s China, nothing modern or exciting. Room was old and tired but clean. But worst thing was that at 3:30 in the morning someone tried to come into my room, they had the key card and opened the door but I had the 'arm' latch on and they could not get the door very far open. It wasn't a drunk businessman coming back to the hotel as the person was silent in approaching the room and in leaving, I jumped up to see who it was but they had silently left. Drunks will make a LOT of noise. I had to leave at 5am so no time to report to manager. The shuttle service is not great either, only 1 an hour and bus seems so old that driver restricts his speed as he can't seem to get into third gear.
