Приятный персонал - половина впечатления от сервиса

Не самый крутой отель может быть ( интерьер номера немного устарелый ) , но большое радушие со стороны персонала делает своё дело. Вполне чистая береговая линия и нормальное питание ( не отравились и даже насладились. Aulani - приятный резорт, но по моему мнению сильно переоценен. Наша комната была обычной отельной комнатой, прилично подготовленной, но не больше, чем мы могли бы получить в любом другом резорте высокого класса за половину стоимости. Не уверен, что я ожидал от этого резорта, но главный аттракцион - это бассейны и ленивая река. Приятные, но не достаточные, чтобы поддерживать интерес. У них есть и другие активности, но они за дополнительную плату. Это место организовано так, что платишь на каждом шагу. Я бы предложил сэкономить и остановиться в Hilton, Sheraton или других схожих отелях-резортах. Aulani - приятный резорт, но по моему мнению сильно переоценен. Отель очень понравился. море прекрасное. Очень большая зеленая территория. Подойдет для отдыха с семьей, а также с друзьями. Очень чисто и уютно. В ресторанах подают вкусную иду. Шумный, мешающий всем и нечестный отель!!!

Наше пребывание в столь замечательном месте приходилось по соседству с эти отелем и мы испытывали очень большой дискомфорт. Постоянно на протяжении всего дня из этого отеля доносились ужасающие звуки!!! Крики какого музыкального человека, звуки сирен!Наверное именно поэтому , мы пошли пообедать в этот отель, заодно посмотреть как там весело!! Что бы как то разнообразить свое прибывание. Пришли в ресторан который находится возле пляжа. Называется он .Aulani. Заказали блюда. Принесли очень невкусную рыбу, небрежно выполненное блюдо. Очень не понравилось. Обслуживание было очень медленным, вялым. Почти ничего не покушав мы расплатившись ушли. Мы не подписали чаевые , так как ушли голодные и не очень довольные. При оплате в чеке ( платили кредитной картой) , муж расписался за сумму обеда без чаевых. Но.. Потом сверив чек и снятие денег с карты, мы выяснили, что сумму сняли на 20% больше. В чеке одна сумма, а снята совсем другая... Это просто нечестно. Это мошенничество . Т, е. Ресторан отменил чек без нашего согласия и выставил на оплату другой чек, на 20 % больше? Stay in a cheaper hotel and go to the water park

Where do I start? If you have ever been to a Disney resort you know what Disney is about. This is not Disney...and I don't mean the way it is designed or decorated. We live in Hawaii and stayed three nights starting 12/3/21. The resort is sparsely decorated for Christmas, with a bunch of large garland in the lobby area and a couple of underwhelming trees. Other places devoid of Christmas decorations. Food choices very limited and - like what has been said in previous reviews - housekeeping MIA. If you want new towels (and you do because you are in the pool and want to shower) you call down and they deliver a plastic bag of towels outside your door. Then you take your dirty towels, put it in the plastic bag and place it outside the door. Classy. You do not get Covid from taking out my dirty towels, especially when you come in to take my trash. Bed is not made or changed. Kids had fun, but they would have had just as much fun at the water park for much less money. Staff less than accommodating, although there were some that were ok. Loved every moment at Aulani!

According to my two adult kids and myself, everything about this resort is 5 stars. Starting with the bellman, they were so courteous, always smiling. Front desk staff was helpful, and lighthearted. They did their best to accommodate us. The pool staff was plenty, never went thirsty, and they went above and beyond! All of the drinks were strong and very tasty. The food was good at all 5 places. Our favourite of course was the Makahiki, and we liked Off the Hook too. The luau was the best we had ever been to. The food, the drinks, the stories, the dancing, we enjoyed every moment! Highly recommend it and worth paying the premium. All the pools, water slides, lazy River and hot tub were all wonderful. Just wish there was more for adults only, but we understand it’s a Disney family resort. We also had a spa treatment during our stay, and it was the best we’ve had anywhere from start to finish. We don’t understand people complaining about the rooms, ours was lovely! And we had staff take our garbage and offer new towels almost everyday. The grounds were beautiful, you can see all the effort that went into making this amazing resort. Some notable cast members that made our trip extra magical: Anabelle the pool server, Rie in merchandise, Kimo the lifeguard, Keoni the pool server, Jamy manning the pin board, Jaime our server at the luau, DJ at the Minnie ear making, Kehau who served us at the beach, Dayna, Terry, and Sabrina at the front desk, and Alysha for escorting us out of the rain! All of the staff around the pools, whether they were serving, giving us towels, or custodial, were all smiling and so helpful. Every single cast member we interacted with was amazing. Beautiful but with its issues

We spent 5 nights at the resort in a 1 bed island gardens view villa. The accommodation was well appointed and immaculately clean; as was the entire resort. Check in was hectic and it was very difficult to communicate with cast members due to the level of noise (further exacerbated by masks and screens). The pool area was lovely; although the lazy river could do with a little extra current to carry you along. In addition, the lack of adults only areas was disappointing to our party of 3 adults. The dining options are limited and expensive and there are not many good options offsite either within a short distance. We appreciate that offerings are modified at this time due to Covid but it didn’t feel like the resort had very much going on in terms of entertainment. Not worth the price

This is a massive resort and still packed to the gills. We came from the Sheraton Waikiki and I have to say coming from there to Aulani was like turning off the lights. While the hotel is very Hawaiian, everything is brown and the rooms are extremely dim and brown. It didn't feel very Disney. They don't do daily housekeeping not because of covid but because of staff. They tried to say that we needed to change our bed because our son had an accident and we had to speak with a manager before they agreed to come change our bed once in 5 days for $700 a night! Everything is overpriced and the customer service was hit or miss really expected more. The character breakfast was definitely not worth it for $200 for 2 adults and a kid!! Four Seasons next door would be a better option if we ever go back to Ko Olina. The pool was the only thing that was great. Lines are long for the 2 slides though. Overall I would not recommend it and won't be back. Even our 4 year old preferred the Sheraton Waikiki! This is a massive resort and still packed to the gills. Fun experience but wouldn’t go back

My husband and I spent 4 nights at Aulani for our honeymoon. We stayed in a deluxe island garden view studio using rented DVC points (a must — you’ll save hundreds compared to booking directly through Aulani). The good: - Dinner at Makhiki was by far the best food at this resort. It was so good we ended up going again the next day. Make reservations in advance as they book out, but we were able to get in as a walk-in the second time we ate here. - The private cabana rental was well worth the $450. The Wailana pool will be the quietest area for a cabana. It probably wouldn’t be worth it on a weekday as the resort isn’t as busy. We were able to snag a cabana reservation the day before after being on the wait list. - We also rented a casabella on the upper veranda for $175. It was nice to have a private space a little away from the beach. It didn’t come with any of the perks that the private cabana came with, so for the price I’d say you’d be better off renting a casabella at the beach for $80. - Ahi poke nachos and the Lava Flow cocktail were phenomenal. - Lines for the water slides were shorter than expected. The bad: - The Oleo room food was disappointing and overpriced. - Breakfast at Makhiki was nothing special and overpriced. It would only be worth the cost if you wanted to purchase the character photos. Breakfast across the street at Eggs ‘n Things is significantly cheaper and much more delicious. - There was nothing waiting for us in our room for our honeymoon. We were expecting at least a card. - Online it says the Wailana pool is an 18+ area, which is why we chose to rent a cabana there. However, the policy has changed and guests of all ages are allowed in this area, ruining the quiet atmosphere. None of the staff informed us of this. It was still the most quiet area of the resort. - Check-in for cabanas and casabellas on the veranda is at the rainbow reef. You spend 20-30 minutes waiting in line, which is frustrating if you’re trying to maximize your rental time. - The shaved ice wasn’t shaped well (a lopsided cylinder instead of a dome), and didn’t taste as good as ones you can get elsewhere on the island. If you do get some, condensed milk is a must. - In general, communication is lacking at this resort. It seemed like internal departments were completely separate and nobody knew what was going on. - Rooms are not very soundproof. We could hear a baby crying multiple times throughout our stay. - Activities at the resort were practically non-existent. There was also no lei greeting. Misc: - Laundry is $4 for the washer, $4 for the dryer, and $3 for detergent. Machines are older and smell a little mildewy, but they get the job done. - There’s an ABC store (called the Island Market) a short walk across from the resort. Stock up on water bottles, snacks, and other items here to save some money. Otherwise, water is $5 a bottle at the resort. - Online check-in will save you a lot of time so you don’t have to wait in the long line. - Casabellas on the beach can only be reserved the day of. Get to the rental shack on the beach early to get one. - Snorkeling at the rainbow reef is worth doing but just get a day pass. It’s not fun or large enough to get a length of stay pass.
